Can anyone tell me which buildings have smoking rooms. We would prefer the 50 ,s or 70,s 3rd floor connecting rooms .Anyone know if that,s a go?

They may ask for your phone number and call you back. You will probably need to give your vacation dates. I would make sure you call ahead, though.![]()

We're on the free DP deal and preferred room is included, (60's) but we're wanting to stay in the 50's building, on the side close to Classic Hall.
1. Any 3rd floor rooms in 50's building "close to Classic Hall" that you recommend?
I would try to get into bldg 1 in 50's. It's the closest bldg to Classic Hall. I wouldn't ask for a particular room though..just third floor, close to Classic Hall.
2. Elevators or not? Yes, there are two elevators in the center of each bldg.
3. Bus stop is only in front of Classic Hall, correct? (tried to check out a POP-map but couldn't get it big enough to really see LOL) Yes, the one stop.
4. Our flight gets in 11:30am-ish, we know about check-in times, but has any of you arrived there early and been able to check in early and will this improve on our "wish" of a certain room/floor/building, just by being early?
I have always been able to get into my room upon arrival at POP. If you are using DME to get there, they will alert POP that you are 'on your way' and your room will be put aside for you. It should take you about 70 minutes to get to checkin at the resort from MCO.
5. Any pro/cons with the preferred 60's and why shouldn't we just "stay put"?
The 60's bldgs are okay. I prefer the 50's section though. I have heard that some of the rooms in 50's and 70's are being considered 'preferred' and that some of the rooms in 60's are being considered standard. It's all about personal preferance.
Don't worry about too many questions...it's no problem. Also, I don't think you need to worry too much about where you end up at POP. I decided to just take my chances a few weeks ago. I asked for a room facing the lake, higher up. I got the 80's section, bldg 7 if I remember correctly. On the backside, ground level. I did face the lake though!! I thought it was going to be horrendous being that far away from everything. But, to my surprise, it was really quite nice. WE loved it there!!!
