Sorry if this has already been asked, but are roll away beds available at Pop? My wife and I will be going with my parents and sister. My wife and I will have our own room, but my parents and sister will be sharing. With 3 people, I know they automatically give you a room with 2 double beds, but those are too small for my parents to be able to share. I was wondering if they would allow them to stay in a king bed room and get a roll away added on? TIA

Does anyone know if there are storage lockers available at the pool? If so, any details would be nice. Thanks! :)
I could of sworn I saw a few inside the ladies room by the showers.
I think you may be right. (Not that I have been in the ladies room.)

When all else fails - use the SEARCH feature!! (duh!) I don't know why I always forget to search before posting, but I do. Anyway....

My search yielded a few others who agree with you, LisaNJ & declansdad. They say there are coin operated lockers in the restroom/shower area. I don't know how much they cost or if there is a time limit, but they're there.

First page of this thread says no. Most folks bring some type of twin air mattress. :thumbsup2

But the ones you request at the podium are frozen, and probably still will be when you get it :rotfl: This is why I am trying to order one in advance at the Pop food court so it will at least be thawed!!

I will be sure to keep that in mind I dont want a frozen cake....:rotfl: thanks

Disney will not allow more than 2 people over the age of 3 in a room with a king.

If our flight gets in around 12:00 and we get to Pop and our room isn't ready, can Pop hold our carry-ons while we go to a park or do we need to take them with us?
Just wanted to say that they will also hold your carry on on your last day if you have time to hit the parks before heading the to airport.:thumbsup2

so when i was there to years ago they were working on the 1910 through 1950's section and my dad got it on videotape so oubviously they might be working on it? i didnt read the whole thread so idk if they are working on it or not

Construction stopped on that part of POP shortly after 9/11. To this date nothing is moving foward with that project and there is no indication as to what will become of it.

Yep...what dancin Disney style said. :) Check out Post #1 under the Legendary Years section, and you'll get even more info and links to YouTube videos of it today, up close and personal! Pretty cool, imo.

Good to know, I didn't know that. If you order one at POP do you have to get it there and transport it if you are going to a restaurant?

They do have rollaway beds, we got put in a king room (not by request) with our two kids, and all four of us don't fit in a king, and they provided a roll away for us, but our kids are under 3, so I dont' know about the 3 adults.

This might be a wierd question, but we have two kids and we are going to rent toddler beds fro themt o sleep in as they are kickers and movers and are terrible to sleep with. I know the front page says that a twin bed will not fit in between the two doubles, but will a toddler bed, anyone try this or know? And if it doesn't, would there be room for 2 toddlers beds in a king room?

I am only ordering mine at Pop to have in the room. If you want one from a restuarant, call the cake hotline and pick the option for the restauarant you want it at and they will make the arrangements for you

Still no call back...

On our upcoming trip my son wants to purchase a toy that we will not be able to pack in our luggage. I know that Disney will ship individual purchases home, but, can I goto the front desk and get/purchase a box that I can pack with all of our purchases so that they can all be shipped together?

This is a really good question and idea never thought to do this, I would limited my children to only things that could fit in the suitecase...thank you..and thanks to anyone who can answer this...

Costco isn't "recognizing" the address for POP! I'd really love to ship a case of water, but I'm following the instructions I've gotten here and it's not working! Any ideas? TIA!

As for shipping you can always go to the gift shop and ask for a box and I believe GS helps with the shipping of the box. If your DS is buying a toy pirate gun, sword, or Star wars light saber all can go in the checked suitcase but not in a carry on if that is what you were worried about.

When we shipped water through staples I they used Orlando as the town instead of Lake Buena Vista.

HTH

I called Costco and got it figured out. Thanks! Now let's hope it arrives intact and on time! Only one more week until our trip! Yay! :yay:
