Ok... so I called the first number... that was less than helpful. The room-only number. That's actually the number for main reservations. They told me that they could not see my reservation because I had used a
travel agent. She said I'd have to confirm through my travel agent my room request. I said that I know my travel agent had it.. I wanted to know if THEY had it. She said she couldn't say, but that if I called the resort directly, 407-938-4000, a couple days before, they'd be able to view it. So, of course, I called the direct number now. She said that they can't see my reservation until 3 days before. But she could ADD my request. So I told her I'd already requested 70's first floor, so I asked if she could add "building 10" to my request. She did. Oh, and the main reservations person said I would not be able to do online check-in since I used a travel agent. The person at the Pop front desk said yes I can. I wish they'd get their stories straight.
