The grinch at universal studios?

I have never really been that intrested in going to universal studios untill some one told me you can meet the grinch there is this true? Do any of the stores sell grinch merchandise? i know this is a strange question but i absolutely love the grinch He reminds me of my husband

On our trip in January we met The Grinch which was quite comical, he was very in character. It was IOA in Seuss Landing and yes they do sell merchandise. I guess it is all year you can see him not just the xmas season???

yep i met him in oct and august in islands of adventure Seuss part and there is stuff to buy.

I definetly saw him last NOV at IOA, I believe very near the entrance was the only place but I'm sure he is all over.
I know they used to do a christmas event there a few years ago, I think it was called something like Grinchmas.
Metrowest on the Universal boards is probably the best person to ask about all things Universal.

There was plenty of Grinch merchandise when we were there in July! In fact I bought DD10 a personalised Grinch Christmas decoration from the Christmas shop in Universal! I too love the Grinch as he reminds me of my DH

I actually find his Grinchiness(is that a word?)quite funnyConsidering I'm a Christmas nut we really are polar opposites! But even he loved all the Grinch merchandise at Universal.

Hiya -

we met the grinch 2 weeks ago - he was in the Circus McGurkus- the characters come in , do a story and a song, then visit tables a few times a day. We just happened to be in there - he was being very mischievous and wanted some of our pizza!! The kids loved it and offered some to the cat in the hat when he came round, but he indicated with arm flaps that he preferred chicken!

(there were The Cat in the hat, the grinch, thing1 and thing2 and Sam I am doing the rounds)

i remember on 1 trip they had a lot of the props from the making of the film at uni studios all the cars were basically made up from golf buggys

We met the Grinch when we went last October and, as was said before, he does act the way you would expect. Go up to him and give him a cuddle - the way you would when meeting Mickey Mouse for example - and see what happens.

I met the Grinch before.... I was wearing a disney Tshirt and he pointed at it, shook his head and went in a huff until i apologised!!

I think there's a character breakfast too

Make sure you pop into the Christmas shop in IoA, they always have plenty Grinch items in there! They do some great Grinch ornaments!

Did anyone see The Grinch on This Morning today? He was in to talk about his Christmas show at Universal and to cause havoc in the studio He had me laughing out load quite a few times
