We had a great, quick trip to WDW in Feb. The crowds were heavy, but thanks to Tourguide Mike and the Unofficial Guide we waited in very few lines. We wanted to do the Great Movie Ride after our 3:50 Fantasmic dinner package and before Fantasmic. When we arrived at the ride, the wait said 20 minutes and as it was 5:20, we thought we had plenty of time. The line took forever (almost 45 minutes) and we almost bailed in order to make it to Fantasmic on time. In addition they kept bringing people in from outside through the doors in the waiting area. A couple were in wheelchairs, but most were not. Since this ride is not a Fastpass we could not figure out why this was happening. We are curious - anyone know why the line took so long and why people were coming in? Luckily we made the ride and Fantasmic!

I can only guess the non-wheelchair bound people were perhaps part of the group that included the handicap person.

Also, Disney wait times are notorious for being either under or over but never accurate. Glad you made it on time.

I think the last time we did The Great Movie Ride it was a long wait. It's a fun attraction but I don't care to wait more than about 10 minutes for that one any more.
