Do you like bananas?

How ripe is ripe for you? What's your favorite way to eat a banana? Will you still eat a banana if it starts to get brown spots on the outside? How about on the inside?
I like bananas, but I am VERY picky about them. They have to be green or just off of green and very firm - see the attached picture. That is just about right, anything riper than that is TOO ripe and only fit for banana bread. I don't like bananas "in" things where I might happen upon the banana pieces a few days later when they might be slimy and sneak up on me - banana cream pie, banana puddings, etc... its a texture thing. I don't like bananas in cereal, or with ice cream either. NO brown spots, if I find any I have to cut that piece of the banana off.
I do love banana bread, muffins, smoothies, etc... I think its because the bananas are all mushed up and mixed in, no ninja chunks waiting to ambush me.
Surprisingly my favorite dessert in all of The World is the Banana Bread Pudding at Ohana. I don't know why I make an exception for that one, but I do.
It may be the caramel sauce.
Any other banana fans?
You - over there - get your mind out of the gutter.
) are. One of our favourite summer time (I don't know why but we only eat this in summer) lunches is a banana hotdog. We spread creamy peanut butter ("mayo") in a hot dog bun. We put a banana ("hotdog") in and top with crushed pineapple ("relish") and a drizzle of chocolate sauce ("ketchup").
