I am glad to see everyone checking in....and all safe and sound. But, I am sorry to hear of what some of us have been going through.
It is good to see our traveling freaps have returned from their vacations. I didn't realize some were going through such trials but it sounds like things will be getting better now.
Maggie, I think you just have a thing for!! Admitting it is the first step to getting better!

Oh Maggie! It seems like a curse on that house! I'm so glad nobody was hurt and that even though you were rained on, you had a chance to relax and recover!
. I wont be around much for the next little bit. With everything going on Shane and I are staying really busy. I know he feels like he has a lot on his shoulders right now especially. I just wanted to drop by and say that we really appreciate the support and prayers are always good
) I almost died looking at the prices per night! You know what I might do? Go to Priceline- and just throw a really low number at them for a 4 star hotel in the city and see if they bite. I will wait until a week before we go. Maybe they will be willing to go for the price if the hotel is not getting many guests- crossing my fingers for that.
It looks like ya'll had a great time. Hopefully you managed to get a little relaxation in after your busy fall.

IAHD & Others- Thanks for sending good wishes this morning. We got to see the baby, which is always exciting... and I think for the first time its all really hitting me because I can "come out" to my friends and stuff. They did change my due date just a hair (Sept 15th)... so im 6 weeks and 4 days per what she said. We got to see the heartbeat and it was 125bpm.
Don't go by your due date too much....my due date with both was April 27th but they had their own agendas and were born March 27th & April 8th! Just enjoy it and record all those little things - cravings, how much weight you gain each appointment (there is usually 1 or 2 visits where you nearly DIE when you see how much you gained 
), comments people make, how annoyed you get at the blue hairs for rubbing your growing belly but you don't know them...........

Thanks!! As far as due date goes with time of ovulation I think they are spot on with the date now. However... just like you said it doesnt mean very much. We are both really excited and now that we are able to tell people its finally hitting us. A lot of family ended up finding out sooner than we'd hoped due to the fire (everyone kept saying "shes pregnant, get her out of the smoke" or stuff like that... so word got out)-- but now our friends know and we get to do our own bit of celebrating with them!I'm glad to hear things went well! I'll go on the record and say we have a future Meap on board

I would like to take a day trip to Cozumel, maybe do Xel-Ha and Isla Mujeres. It is all according to which part of Mexico we stay at. We have been to Mexico a few times and only ventured out of the hotel once, that was in Cancun and I loved all the shopping. But, we love to be lazy!

We have had a busy week and I haven't been on the boards much. I've been researching travel a lot as well. We don't really have vacation plans this year, but are hoping for a free dining trip to WDW in the fall if things work out. I have been looking into possibilities for mine and DH's 10 year anniversay NEXT spring. I love planning travel and researching different places. I don't know what we'll end up doing but I do know our finances will have to improve somewhat before any of my plans can happen.

We usually do Cancun or Riviera Maya- it all depends if the price is right!
My SIL is going to Los Cabos in April, she is a Mexico girl too (she is the one who got us hooked) but has never stayed in that area. I do not know much about it. We will send her in as a guinea pig
She has been to so many islands- however, she just keeps going back to Mexico!
She is leaving Sunday for Jamaica and I have a feeling she will not be too thrilled with it. Not sure why. Maybe b/c she compares every place she goes to Mexico.
