Well as asked in a previous thread before our trip I need to know about the DVC discount for Golf and we didn't use it anyway as my mom is the holder of the deed along with my kids so it didn't help either my brother or husband as mom would have had to go along. She wanted to buy them each a round for their birthdays and was told that the discount only applied if she or one of the kids played since they were the members.
The overall thought from both of these seasoned golfers was that Magnolia was in much better shape and a nicer round was played. The duo thought that OR was nice but somewhat overated. Magnolia was long which is what they both like as they are very good drivers.The thirteenth hole was a "killer" for my husband who rarely loses a ball as he lost THREE on that hole!Ouch!

Thanks so much for the comments. We're going in June and DH has 3 ressies to play golf-OR, LBV, and EP. Love to hear personnal opinions on any of the courses. Unfortunately, Magnolia is closed for a tournament when we go.
