Oh boy. Felicia is talking about babies. Ryan mentioned Esme's mother and that he learned not to turn his back on her. Then he had a flashback about Felicia getting the upper hand and stabbing him. Are we going to find out Ryan raped Felicia and she went off somewhere in private to give birth and put the baby up for adoption? Is that where we're heading next? That's sure how it looks to me.

They are, but I'm guessing Esme's mom will be somebody we know, but then again, it could be a random person. Maybe it was Anna's twin sister Alex lol

I don't remember, was the story line with Ryan before or after Felicia had her kids? If it was before there is no way as Esme would be older than Maxie!

Maxie was born on Halloween 1990. The storyline with Felicia and Ryan was in 1992. In the current storyline, Maxie has got to be at least 10 years older than Esme (Georgie is almost 9) so it wouldn't make sense for Felicia to be her mother. But this is soap world so anything could happen. And I do think that GH is making it seem like Felicia is her mother.

Well could we have another stolen egg storyline? Is it possible Ryan stole some of Felicia's eggs at some point and waited until he found an appropriate host or could Nina have had triplets lol. Do we know who Nelle and Willow's dad is?

Nelle and Willow's father was Silas Clay, who was married to Nina when she got pregnant and went into the coma. He was also Kiki's father from his affair with Eva. It's all very twisted! Esme is several years younger than Nelle and Willow so she wouldn't be a triplet, but I'm sure it crossed the minds of the writers at some point!

I'm reading two sets of rumors: 1) Ryan raped Felicia during one of their many violent encounters. She had the baby in secret and put her up for adoption. 2) Felicia was unknowingly already pregnant with Mac's child during one of her violent encounters with Ryan. He raped her and she assumed the baby was his when she learned she was pregnant. So she went off, gave birth and put her up for adoption, not knowing that the baby was actually Mac's. If that's the case, Mac would finally have the bio child he's been longing for. Of course, she would be an evil witch , but Mac and Felicia would certainly try to connect with her and set her on the right path. I can see that story developing and being drawn out for years!

Wouldn’t Heather be too old to be Esme’s mother? Seems like she’s even older than Felicia and at least as old as Laura. I’ve watched the show since the mid 1970’s, and on and off through the 90’s, but then stopped, and got involved again recently during the pandemic.

I remember Heather Webber, married to Jeff Webber, Elizabeth’s father (whose first wife was Monica). So Jeff is Cameron’s grandfather, Laura is Spencer’s grandmother, Heather would be more in the age range to be Esme’s grandmother, not her mother. Then again, soaps write inconsistent stories, play with character’s ages and change history all the time.

Glad to see the Esme storyline progressing, so Trina will be vindicated. Elizabeth’s story doesn’t interest me, just not into the supernatural stuff and wish they hadn’t gone there.

According to Wikipedia, Heather was 19 when she was introduced on the show in 1976. So she'd be in her mid 60's now. She would have been in her mid-40's when she had Esme. Certainly not out of the realm of possibility....especially on a soap opera.

The more I think about it, the more I hope Felicia is Esme's mother. It would be too cliche and predictable for Esme to be the daughter of evil Ryan and crazy Heather. That's not very interesting. It would create more conflict and drama to have her be the daughter of an inherently good person (or people if Mac turns out to be her father). There would be lot more story to develop and a lot more conflicts to explore than if Esme is simply a bad seed through and through.

If Felicia IS Esme's mother, wouldn't it be easy enough for her to "need to go to care for Mariah" as a cover story for her to leave town, give birth, and give the baby up for adoption?

The more I think about, I do think Felicia and Mac could be Esme's real parents. I just find it hard to believe Ryan would have his own daughter sleep around and seduce an older married man, but I could see Ryan doing that to Felicia and Mac's daughter.
