I've been watching GH for a long time, but I think I'm missing a few pieces of Duke and Anna'a past. Why would he want Anna to think Robin is dead? Did they part on bad terms? The doctor said, "I'm sure it was difficult for you to see Ms. Devane in that condition," implying that Duke still has feelings for her. Was it that she left him to go back to Robert? I'm sure it will all come flooding back if someone can fill me in. Thanks!

Also, if we're now to assume that Duke, and not Jerry, is ultimately behind Robin's kidnapping, are we to assume that Jerry is Duke's puppet and he's also behind the poisoning?

Not to spoil everyone's happiness about Duke but I read somewhere that this first glimpse that we get of him will be the only one we see for FIVE weeks. I would say Jerry is HIS puppet. But, why would he want to poison all of PC?

I wonder if it's 5 weeks as that is when it is closer to when Robin will be back. I've really lost the thread of Robin, is Kimberly coming back at some point? Too may spoilers on her they just didn't seem to pan out to me.

Jerry is coughing up blood so he obviously is in it for himself. I am not sure how this duke guy fits in.

It seems as though Steve Burton has announced he is quitting?? From some of the things GH actors are tweeting it seems he will be leaving the show. I can't read the article that was posted above here at work so it may say something about his leaving If this is the case PLEASE let Sam and Jason reunite before his departure and then have him die off or something.

He was there 21 years, honestly I think the new powers that be want to go in their own direction and SB is ready to try something else. I doubt they will kill him off but who knows. I do no no body ever really leaves even when they die.

On another note I found out some information on Robin, she'll be back for short time stuff at some point but she's working for -- don't laugh -- Disney. She's signed onto a great 2 year internship opportunity to direct. This is what she always wanted to do.

I guess this is how they kept it such a secret. One very quick scene and not back at the studio until the news broke.

I will be really really un happy if they destroy everything those of us that have been around since the '80's know about Duke. Such as the fact that he would NEVER hurt Robin.
