When Maxie left the lab in a huff, she grabbed her bag and it knocked off the cap on the gas (the camera even panned there so you could see it). It truly was an accident, but if she paid attention to anything other than herself, she might have noticed. Part of my disgust is I just can't stand this Maxie. I have no sympathy for her. Like Kate, (but even worse, because I've known Kirsten Storms' Maxie a long time), this is a pale imitation of the fullness of the character, and unfortunately only the spoiled, selfish part is coming through.

I so agree. I mean if you are going to kill someone off...then off Maxie and Kate...both are ick. At least they got rid of Cassandra. I have been fast forwarding through so many storylines. And I was looking forward to the OLTL survivors coming over. Especially Jon meeting Sam, I was hoping for some creative writing to hint at their past from PC. But oh well..

There is so much a fan can take. We never see Bobbi or Tony, you hear her paged sometimes. They took away Alan, the killed baby Jake. There is just so much you can deal with before you say NO MORE. But you know, I think they are doing it on purpose to piss off the viewers so when they do kill the show, no one will be left to complain.

I feel sorry for all the wonderful actors left, I will miss them and hope they can find some good jobs in Primetime.

These writers couldn't come up with a better way to bring the Mannings to Port Chuck than killing off a toddler and starting a mob war? Are they really that creatively challenged? The idiocy of this whole storyline has me flabbergasted.

Just off the top of my head, I can think of several ways of integrating the OLTL characters to PC without messing with either show's history... too much.

This is what I would have done:

Lulu would finally stop this ridiculous "finding her dream job while losing herself in a bottle of wine" storyline and take over the Haunted Star turning it into a cool, hip night club. She hires Michael to work at the club booking talent (a non mob-related, non-ELQ job) which makes Dante, Carly and Jason very happy. He brings new young, recording star,Starr Manning to PC to perform at the opening of "the Star". They meet. there's an attaction. She decides to make PC her new home. Romance ensues.

Meanwhile back in Lanview, the dust settles after discovering that Victor isn't really dead, Todd decides that Lanview isn't big enough for both him and Victor and decides to start over in PC where Starr is now living. Blair, Jack (in my dream scenario this role would be recast with an actor who can act) and Sam join him.

Todd takes over the newspaper that the former mayor and Diane are working at. Can you just picture the scenes between Todd and Diane? He also buys controlling interest in Crimson, and Blair ousts Kate as Editor-in-Chief. There is some animosity and backstory between Blair and Kate dating back to Blair's days of running the magazine Craze. Blair and Carly bond over their dislike of Kate. "Fugue Kate" goes off the deep end and winds up in Shady Brook. As her first act as Editor-in-Chief, Blair sends nu-Maxie to Paris to return a new woman (when Kirsten Storms returns).

Todd can also have some backstory with some past shady dealings with any or all of the following GH characters: Sonny, Jax, Luke, Edward and Tracy.

Jack becomes a love interest for Molly. Which bad boy will she choose, Jack or TJ?

Sam and Cameron become buddies. I'm sure we could come up with some sort of storyline for them.

"Ladies Night Out" at Jake's comes back adding Blair to the mix with Alexis and Diane. I can picture some funny conversations and karaoke performances. I can even picture a cameo appearance by Tea to pass the torch of Todd's legal business to Alexis and Diane. Tea and Alexis can have a conversation about what it's like fathering children of brothers that hate each other. That could be really funny.

That's my first crack at it. Anybody have any other ideas?

ITA! if you want to draw OLTL fans, here's a hint: don't tick them off! starr could be free to date Michael if she hstill has sope. since when did having kids ever keep anyone on a soap from dating?

I LOVE it! And since Rama wants to get pregnant and Dr. Lee makes miracles happen on that front, I'd bring her and Vimal over (and his hysterical parents for visits now and then!). Vimal can work in the lab (the one Maxie didn't blow up ). GH desperately needs some comedic relief, and these two bring it! They can even bring his sappy sister, so there's a new Scooby Gang with Molly, Jack, Morgan (he's gotta be comin' back, and I sense TJ is going) and whatever her name was

Really, that would be plenty of OLTL cast for me. The Buchanans and Lords would be hard to fit, but if you added someone here and there for a visit, it would be lovely. Ok, Natalie can come, too, but only if she and Liam are allowed to live!

What was shocking is how Robin died(if she is dead). I was no great big fan of hers but I liked when she was with Stone and Jason, but an explosion, that kind of violent death? Ok, great I liked that she made the protocol that will save Jason, but i'd much rather see her die after he had a chance to thank her later on.

And really? Cole was spared on OLTL in the end, just to die in the first thing of GH with Hope? Did some of the writers move over to GH from OLTL? I keep hoping somehow Hope got out of there-that's wrong to kill a kid, I think Michael would be a great dad if he got with Starr and Hope was around.

Where did you hear KS wasn't coming back? I thought Robin left the lab because she had to wait some time to see if it the drug would work and she thought she would check it before it was ready so that's why she left the lab.

That part didn't bother me so much. She said she thought she finally had the right protocol, but she needed to look at it one more time to be sure. It needed to sit for at least 15 minutes before she could test it again, and she would go crazy if she sat in the lab staring at it. So, she decided to leave the lab for a few minutes and sit with her mom and Emma. I assume she would have booked the OR and told Jason the protocol was ready as soon as she tested it one last time.

As someone who didn't watch OLTL, their new people and their storylines are leaving me flat!

Okay, I must have missed too many episodes. Who is "Fugue Kate"? The Kate who is currently with Sonny? Does she have multiple personalities or something?

I must say I'm really enjoying having Robert and Anna back. And seeing those little clips of Robin as a little girl, so cute.

And a VERY important question: Anyone know what kind or color eye shadow Anna is wearing? Seriously, I just love it!! Anyone know of something similar?

OLTL alum, never watched GH before. I tuned in on Friday to see Starr & Cole get in a car crash, then caught an episode this week to find out they killed Cole and Hope! That is just an awful storyline! I'm not sure I even want to keep watching. I think in my mind I'd rather just believe that the 3 of them are living happily in LA.

I may not like some of the storylines right now but I will continue to tune in to support the soap opera industry.
