Looks like someone went on a cruise? What cruise line? I've been on Carnival but tha's all. I loved it and loved the islands!!!!

We left Long Beach on Monday, Tuesday we were in Catalina, Wednesday we were in Ensenada, Thursday was the "Fun Day at Sea" and Friday we were home.

Carnival Cruise line aboard the Paradise.

We left Long Beach on Monday, Tuesday we were in Catalina, Wednesday we were in Ensenada, Thursday was the "Fun Day at Sea" and Friday we were home.

Looks great, lots of fun. We were on the Fantasy Ship and went to Grand Turk, Halfmoon Cay and Nassau. We left from Ft. Canaveral, FL and it was last fall. It was a wonderful experience. The beaches were gorgeous and the food, well you know the food, non-stop and delicous!!!

Well gotta go be productive, hope to talk to you later. Glad you are back!

So the temptation to come over to view this thread has finally taken over me. I'm not sure about this as most of you who know me know what a prissy girl I am...

The last few pages have not been that active.......all the fun is in the beginning and some in the middle...

Trentmom - remember I was telling you all about my job and quitting. I talked to my boss today - previously I talked to his boss and was told Part time was not going to work. He said he really didn't want to lose me and immediately offered for me to start working from home more often so I can be with my kids more. I declined and told him I didn't think I could get a lot done at home if my kids are home. So then he said maybe we could come up with something else and he really values me and wouldn't try to work something out with most of my coworkers. ( I don't think he knows I sometimes dis at work )
I asked him about part time and he asked me not to give the official written notice so he can talk to HR and see if they can come up with an alternative work arrangement for me. Then his boss sent me an email and said that he was going to talk to corporate to see about working something out. We'll see what happens.

Sunday we saw Ratatouille (is that how you spell it?). DD2 was better than I thought she would be.

My sister and her DH flew in July 3 from their Italy trip and brought me some Lemoncello - yummy! And it is in the coolest bottle. They spent 1 night and then went home to their boys. They live in S.C. I'm just outside of Atlanta.

Aww..poor DD...glad she didn't have strep..

I want to take my DS to movies..but so afraid..he is 3 1/2 and ful of energy...I just can't see him sititng still.

They have a free summer program..where at 10am every wednesday..they have free movies for kids...cheap snack package for 3.00...

I mih take a day off at work and try it out.....

That would be a good idea to take DS to the movies during the summer program. There will be a ton of other kids in there so if he doesn't behave number one it won't be that bad, and number 2 since it's free you can just leave. Maybe you can work late on Tues & thurs to make up for missing Wed one week.
