Anyone try it yet? We're considering for two nights before our next cruise. Would love to know what folks thought who had been there. Thanks!

Interesting review.

I was thinking the same thing about the double beds...what were they thinking? The rooms are 500 square feet, no reason to put double beds in there.

4S does this in most of their hotels. Their bedding is one king with a sleeper sofa or two double beds. They do have rollaways at some locations and they are a real bed and very comfortable

I've stayed at the Four Seasons in cities (Philly and Boston) and yes, they sometimes have double beds. The rooms are also smaller. There is no reason to have double beds in a 500 sf room.

In contrast, 4S Maui has kings and queens, no doubles.

I really think they are making a mistake with the double beds in the Orlando market. JMO.

We stayed at the 4S Orlando just a few weeks ago, over Columbus Day weekend, with the "Stay 2 nights get the 3rd Free" promotion, and I am working on my review (which I will post on this board as well as on Trip Advisor). In short, we were very, very pleased with our choice to stay there and would definitely return!

The property is absolutely stunning, and the transportation to/from the parks was seamless. My 5yo loved the water slides and pool area/lazy river. There were definitely still a few kinks to be worked out, but staff were quick to correct any issues we had, and did so with a wonderful attitude. I promise to post my full report with details soon, but feel free to ask any specific questions and I will try to answer them!

RE: the beds, our family of three had one king bed with a fold out sofa for my daughter and it worked out really well. I agree that 2 double beds don't seem to make sense...

Double beds might be a deal breaker for us. We went on an ABD this summer and had two hotels with double beds and it really impacted our quality of sleep. At 4S prices, a second room is a huge pricey vacation. Thanks for the link. That review was helpful!

I just booked a pre-cruise stay for one night in March. I cannot wait to play at the pool and lazy river with my toddler. Fingers crossed for good weather.

I have been. I liked it. For the price, I wanted it to blow the other places out of the water, but I still think the Waldorf provides a similar experience for much better value and the Ritz has better, flawless service compared to the FS.

I have never seen so many nannies at a resort before. It is definitely a crowd of parents not in the daily trenches.
