The Fountains Resort in Orlando

Anyone have any input on this place? I was offered a pretty good deal at our local Bass Pro Shops and was wondering if anyone knows about it - is this a good resort and are they pushy with the whole timeshare presentation? Just trying to decide if this is worth it.

We stayed there in december and overall we liked the resort. The rooms weren't as nice as Marriott or Sheraton properties in Orlando but just fine. It seems like an apartment complex to me as the buildings have about 6 floors. The pools are really nice and it was in a very convenient location.

We signed up for the Bass Pros Shops deal and will be there March 12 and 13. I'll try to remember to come back and let you know how it was.

We needed to add two nights because DS's HS band arranged a trip after we'd already booked a stay starting March 14. I was having trouble finding a decent rate anywhere for the two nights. Hope it works out.

We stayed in December at the Fountains and loved it!

We went as guest on a friends points so we did not have any timeshare presentation or anything like that!

It was too cold to enjoy the pool but they have a mini water park area and it looked fabulous!

We loved teh extra space since we havea large family.

It is right across the street from the Sheraton Vistana and we will def. try that place out next! It is a great deal for a family our size!

We also tried on that same trip the Buena Vista Suites and loved it also! WE got a great deal online, $80 a night!
