NOT! I'm sure they will have the same sanitized mediocre menu found elsewhere at WDW. Nothing special nor great.I sure the trucks on Disney property will be good

Well the Disney food trucks have been around for quite some time now and based on pictures I have seen they look pretty clean to me. The Disney trucks are not like regular food trucks.
That's not the aspect of the truck that was talking about. Like J said,I was talking about the food being basically generic and not memorable like it is for most other food trucks in the nation. Don't know about where you live but in most areas food trucks have become "the new hot item" as far as food goes. They are all extremely clean, well-organized, reasonably priced and provide stellar food choices! Disney may be the same in the first two points but certainly isn't on the second two.Well the Disney food trucks have been around for quite some time now and based on pictures I have seen they look pretty clean to me. Ok sorry misunderstood I have not eaten from one of the Disney trucks so I can't speak for the food. That's not the aspect of the truck that was talking about. As others have mentioned, Disney should have made this a real food truck experience instead of just another outlet for Disney fast food. Allowing true local food trucks in would provide a unique experience for guests and allow members of the local food community to show their stuff to a large audience! As it is they provide nothing unique or different and really don't show off anyone's culinary expertise.
I agree with this.
The pics show that it is not really a Food Truck Park- but like 2 trucks.
You are referring to what food trucks normally are around the country. These are Disney food trucks. They will serve the same type of tame generic food like all the other Disney restaurants serve these days! Don't get your expectations up.I am so excited!
Food trucks are amazing! Gourmet, fine dining made cheaper and more convenient. They offer such great variety. Why would anyone complain about more food options?

I actually think there are lots of great places to eat at WDW. Yes, there is your typical mediocre fare but there are exceptional offerings too, in my opinion. As for the food trucks, I suppose we won't know until we try them.
