The First Thing You're Doing!

After checking in at the POFQ it is off to the MK to see Spectro and Wishes. Since Tony's will be closed for refurbing during our trip (Jan 12th to 20th '08) any suggestions where we should eat dinner? I have a bunch of ADR's for the rest of the trip so CS is probably the best for our first evening. Any thoughts?

TIA, Suz

Be thankful Tony's is closed and hit a CS. Pecos Bill's is our fav but if you are not up for burgers, I recommend Tommorowland Noodle Station.

After we check in, we're heading over to DTD for a bit and then to the Poly for dinner at Kona. :D

first day will be check out POP cause I have never been there. Then go play mini golf and then head over to DDT for shopping and dinner at raglan Road.

That's actually not a bad idea. :rolleyes1 We want to go swimming and play golf in there somewhere too. Too much to do!

Our actual 1st day will be Downtown Disney and grocery shopping while waiting for the inlaws to arrive.

Our 1st day we're doing the parks, we have an ADR at 8:15am for CRT! princess:

Plane lands shortly after 4PM (it HAD BETTER), catch ME to POFQ, dump luggage and race to Epcot to meet a large group for dinner at LeCellier...hopefully at 6:45PM! Think we'll make it?

I'm actually considering a taxi from POFQ to Beach Club and entering Epcot through the International Gateway (as opposed to taking same taxi to the main Epcot entrance). I think that will be faster :confused3

.

Our 1st thing to do is to head over to Epcot once we have checked into the resort. We probably wont make it over to Epcot earlier than 7pm, so the plan is to just walk around the WS as much as we can and stay for Illuminations. Then the next day will be our 1st full day at the parks... going to MK and then MNSSHP! :thumbsup2

After check in, catch the first bus to MK, rent our strollers and then be in awe for a good 30 minutes before we think to do anything!

You'll make it. Providing you're not flying out of Laguardia, JFK, Newark..... umm.... Chicago, Atlanta..... umm.... yeah. But Arizona is where you are, I take it.... positive thinking, you'll make it!
Let's hope the first thing you do isn't have an anxiety attack!

We will check into WL and then HOPEFULLY we will be telling our daughter SURPRISE tomorrow night is a Pirate and Princess Party. We are now going to DTD to look for an outfit for the party!!!!! YEAH!

Even if there is no P&PP we will head over to DTD. Give the child and husband time to pick out their lanyard's and first pin of the trip. Then we will have some lunch and head back to the resort to swim.

We'll probably check into the All Star Music resort and head to the food court and eat a nice big lunch, then maybe head to DTD or take the monorail trip around Epcot and back.:goodvibes

we are going straight to city hall to get our honeymoon buttons and then to get our bride and groom ears!!

I've planned a low-key 1st day this time. We'll spend some time exploring AKL (it's our first time staying there :woohoo:), and then we'll head Downtown for lunch at Earl of Sandwich and some shopping. We'll cap off our first day back at the resort with drinks at Victoria Falls, dinner at Boma, and some time enjoying the savannah view from our balcony. It'll be wonderful! :cloud9:

Go to DTD to turn AP vouchers into AP's, get our rice krispie treats, check into hotel (CSR), go to Studios to see Osborne Lights, then over to Epcot for Illuminations Holiday Edition!!! I love WDW during the holidays. 66 days.

We'll check in at AllStarMo, head over to MK, and ride the Jungle Cruise, probably. We're traveling with kiddies this time, so there may be cries of "Peter's Pan's Flight!" that we'll have to attend to first.
