It's funny....I think lunch with Juan would actually be awkward. I think outside of the courtroom he's quiet and unassuming. That's the impression I got from an interview he did. It will be interesting to see him on Dr Phil.

Yes, my surgery was 5 days ago. The recovery is much better this time around, so far, and the first recovery wasn't bad, so...so far so good.

I just read up a bit on Van Callis. Ugh. Gut wrenching. That poor girl and her family. Despite an apparent lack of physical evidence, the circumstantial evidence seems compelling. He sure sounds guilty, and if he is, I hope he's convicted and rots in prison, and then in hell. I'm not sure I could watch the trial.

I am glad surgery went well. I could pick Juans brain well. It is a weird trial, the drawing does not look like him. So many different accounts. One said they could only identify the body of this guy looks about the same did not see his face. Who knows. Just bizarre.

I can't do that one because we've got spring like weather right now so I'm trying to get some things done outside. It's supposed to be 70 this weekend so I'm gonna hustle just in case that Michelle Carter's appeal to have involuntary manslaughter thrown out is denied and they start her trial next Tues and it's live streamed. Busy day today...clipping and organizing coupons, watching Columbo (I got addicted during my recovery...so funny how he carries evidence around in his pocket LOL), hobbling around trying to be productive. Yup, we're calling that busy. Anyway, listening to the phone call is on tomorrow's entertainment list.
