They did it right from the start.I just had a thought. I don't think the Alexander family did the victim impact statement in front of this jury, right? I wonder why not. They did it in front of the other jury. Was it played for this jury? This whole thing with two different juries is kind of crazy. I still think it's bizarre that they can bring in other witnesses that didn't testify in the first trial. I think they should have played video to this jury of the first trial so that everybody is on the exact same page.
Oh good. They did it right from the start.
They did what right from the start?? They got up and spoke in front of the jury in this trial? Or they played it for this jury? They did it right from the start.

Oohhhh. I didn't realize that. I wonder if that was a good idea to start out with that, rather than end with it. It's not what the jury is left with right before deliberations. But maybe Juan wanted to set the tone. I bet one of the many many reasons the defense dragged this case on was to distance the jury from that. They got up and spoke to them.
I don't know why juan did it that way. But sitting next to the jury door everyday I don't know if that is really having an impact or not. But since Jodi did not allocate, you would think the jury would be wondering why.Oohhhh. I didn't realize that. I wonder if that was a good idea to start out with that, rather than end with it.
