I would love for it to be the DP but I'm thinking it will be life / hung. I know JSS has dropped the ball on a lot but I fully believe she will rule LWOP. Even if it is just life, I can't fathom her ever being released.

Gosh, I love Joey.

They said there'd be an hour. I assume they'll follow that.

I do think it will be hung, but geez, I can feel the anxiety rising in me, not matter what. I never understood how defendents can stand there waiting for a verdict to be read, and not react to it when they're found guilty. I don't think I'd be able to even stand up, judging from how I'm feeling now just watching this.

If hung, the Judge could impose the sentence right away, or set a date. Whenever she does it, it would essentially be a sentencing hearing and the family can give their victim impact statements. IMHO, that's what's going on now...the jury is hung, and there's discussion about the family being ready or wanting to give their statements. Just my opinion.
