Being on the west coast I have to be up as the times are for the east coast. I think she is truthful. His brother no way. I hope the jury does the right thing, but we sure have seen jury's go sideways before. If you want to talk during the trial I will be in and out. Wild about trial should have Medina. Did you see that one? It got to be so laughable during his trial…..:rotfl2:

Medina was a prize, wonder if he will have any outbursts this morning.
Is Wild about Trials your hang out to watch these trials?

yes. I loved all the post it notes to his atty to ask all the questions. I almost felt sorry for his atty and about ready to send a good supply of them.

Have you watched the whole Vancallis trial? This is a tough one, I think he did it, but with this jury and no dna, fingerprints , nothing this is going to be tough. I think they may come back with a hung jury or letting him go with out much to go on.

I've watched the whole thing. I think he's guilty as sin. I hope the jury really understands that circumstantial evidence can be enough to convict. The girlfriend was believable to me and her testimony really looked bad for him. And the one man was so sure with his identification. I think when the prosecution ties everything together, they'll have a very strong circumstantial case at least.
Of course, DNA and prints would be better! But all a murderer has to do is wear gloves and clean up and he gets off??
Ugh, I hope that's not the case here!
