I can't remember if it came out in the first trial. But this is sure damaging for the defense. I can't imagine what Vandenberg is thinking. It ran across my mind if Vandenberg would come in and testify as he won't like being thrown under the bus, and may get a lesser charge. He won't have anything to lose. Can't wait to see who else they call.
