sounds good to me! but wouldn't it just be those of us from group 1 who also contribute to group 2 that would just be added to their group?
of course there maybe some in group 2 who want it to be a small intimate group and don't want their group to get too large so perhaps we do need to know which cabins in group 2 would like to be part of a bigger group??

I think that maybe there is a little confusion here. Yes, if we are added to group 2 we absolutely want to exchange FE gifts with all of them as well. My only point is that if several of us from group 1 join group 2 (to make it larger) then those of us from group 1 probably don't want to exchange gifts a second time with each other. Make sense? probably not.

Let's say that you are in group 1 with me & also in group 2 with me. When I print out the sheet for group 2 it would be nice to know right away that you are also in group 1 so that I don't give you 2 sets of identical gifts. So I won't count the people in group 2 that I have already made gifts for in group 1. Does that make better sense? I dunno, I am probably making things more confusing.

That makes perfect sense to me, although I am only in group 1 as of right now, I understand perfectly!!

I am so sorry for not posting more, but I am keeping up on the fe. I have been so busy with work. (14 hour days) 2 cruises to plan and a cross country move to plan for right after the cruises. I have been reading the boards all the time.

We only have 7 on the second list. If by the end of the month, it is under 10 cabins, I am going to add them to the first list like it was decided by everyone in the beginning. The only other thing I can come up with is at the end of August, the cut off date, we can divide the 2 groups up evenly.

I know there are a few people that really don't want to do more than 20 cabins in group 1. There are also people in group 1 who are able to be in both groups. Maybe we can allow those who don't want to do more than 20 cabins to opt out of the extra cabins. There is at least 3-4 cabins that want to be in both groups so the second group would technically be 10+ cabins.

My FE's are on the heavy side so I may not be able to bring more than enough for 20 cabins. If the weight isn't too much I will go into both groups.

I think that it is going to up to each individual weather or not they can participate in the second FE group if they are already in the first. I had to debate this for a long time. I have decided that I believe I can put together additional gifts for the second group as well as the first. I don't think anyone should feel badly if they are not able to join the second group. I support & respect everyone's individual decisions on this board & I just hope we all have a fun & magical cruise.

I am doing something different for the people who join the second group. I like you do not want people to get the same gift. I am making it known on the list who is on both lists, so do not worry.

You're awesome!!! At first I came up with an idea for the second group that was a different gift & I liked both gifts so much that I now want to give them both to both groups. They are only 2 small gifts commemorating the first Halloween cruise of the Disney Fantasy. I hope that is o.k. that I just give both gifts to both groups. So that is why I wanted to be able to easily see who in the second group is also in the first.

Also, is there a place online to go ahead and put your passport numbers in, or do you do this at some other time? Once your checked in online, what's the next step? TIA

Online checking is very easy. When you do the online check in it takes you thru it from start to finish. It even tells you where you put your passport numbers. After online checking, you do you port adventures, palo/Remy reservations, any massages, or any other on board ativities. The only tip/advise I can give you is relax.
