Drea: can't believe our trips are almost here! Only 3 more sleeps and I will be on my way...well really only 2 because I probably won't sleep on Friday night, lol. I finally started laundry and will pack tomorrow night because I am supposed to work Friday night but thinking of getting someone to work for me.

Hey lady! I know, I can't believe that it is finally time. It seems like I've been planning this trip forever.

Yes, I took a break from the J&K thread. It makes me crazy sometimes.

I thought we agreed on a COKE, not a Beverly.

2 More Days!!!!​

We are so excited! Only 2 days left. Last night we went to Old Navy and Rob got the last of his t-shirts for the trip. We came home and I went right upstairs to finish packing. Rob came up a few minutes later, surveyed his clothes and said "Wow, I think I have too many shirts now." (he only bought 2). Men!

Anyway, we're all packed and ready to go!! Tomorrow A. has a field trip to the apple orchard/pumpkin patch in the A.M. It is supposed to feel like 28 and a rain/snow mix. Should be a great time.

This time next week we will drive under this:

And enjoy this view:

I hope to get there around rope drop so we'll head over here and let A. take a drink of the Beverly. This is Rob doing a reenactment of his first taste.

Then we'll head over to Soarin' for a fast pass and explore the Innovations things until the World Showcase opens up.

Hopefully at this point B. will be doing this:

so we can eat our way around the World Showcase and sample all the goodness of Food and Wine!!

We'll stop at a few of our favorite spots.

and then head back to the resort to rest.

That evening we'll be headed back to Epcot to eat at Rose and Crown. We haven't eaten there before so we're looking forward to it.

2 days left!!

I am finishing packing and cleaning the house. I understand about the whole t-shirt thing. I had to pick up a new one for my DH too. I also have to pack for my DH because he has been away working all week. I hope I don't forget anything he needs!

This time next week we plan on spending time at MK and I hope to get to the Vanessa Carlton concert at Epcot. I've never been to the Food and Wine festival, so that should be exciting!

I just found your PTR and I am LOVING it!! you are almost ready to go!!! Your kiddos are adorable.

We love the Toledo Zoo, so much in fact we have a membership there over Detroit. We enjoy it and DD loves Nature's Neighborhood.

We are taking DD down for her first trip next September and I am really looking forward to it! DH cannot believe I am already planning things but as hectic as life is sure to be over the next 10 months, I need to be doing it! Plus, it is so much fun and I enjoy this part of the process too.

I am looking forward to the TR when you get back. Have a wonderful time!!!

That's right, it was a coke!! I've really been enjoying your pre-trip report too. It's gotten me even more excited for our upcoming trip! Although you are waaaaay more organized than me! I loved the idea of packing clothes for the day in ziplocs. Nothing worse than 3 grumpy kids in the morning getting ready for Chef Mickey's and ripping through their suitcases looking for outfits! Enjoy the rest of your planning and have a safe and wonderful trip! Take lots of pics too because I can't wait to see your completed trip report.

As far as the J&K thread goes, ditto on taking a break.

"What park are we going to?"
"Where are we eating?"
"What time are we eating?"

I will take a lot of pix! I usually take way too many!

We are planning on going to the Little Boo at the Zoo next week. I think we are going to go down Thursday with friends but it will be dependent on the weather--it has just been so off from the regular weather in Michigan.

Oooh, I LOVE this idea of notecards! What a fabulous idea! My DH and kids do the same thing all day long too...which park today, where are we eating and at what time. It's a good thing I love planning trips so much!

I'm planning to take a ton of pics as well. When we went in Feb. I used up 2 memory cards and they were 4 gb's each! I drive my DH crazy because I take pictures of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g at Disney including our hotel soaps!

I do the same thing. The thing that drives him batty is when we get to the room I make everyone stand still so I can take pix of it before it gets messed up.

In the scrapbook I did for our May trip I had a page called "Sleeping Around The World" because I had a pic of A. sleeping in every park! It was so funny.

WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD TOMORROW!!!!

A. and I went to her very first field trip this morning. We went to the apple orchard and boy was it cold! It was still a good time though.

I *think* I have everything packed and outfits ready to go for tomorrow. I have to clean the house and then I'll be READY!

This time next week:

We will be spending our last full day at WDW at the Magic Kingdom (or as Rob calls it Disney World ).

We are getting up early and heading to the park before it opens so we can walk down an empty Main Street and meet the Hundred Acre Woods crew for breakfast.

I hope it goes better than this

We love this breakfast and even Pooh thinks my man is cute.

After breakfast we'll probably head to Adventure land and make our way around the park. I guess it depends what we still need to ride or what A. requests. I plan to take it easy this day and just enjoy the magic of the Magic Kingdom.

After our rest time I'm not sure what we are going to do. I have "free night" on our card. MNSSHP is this night so we may head to Epcot to eat our way around F&W for dinner or just relax and swim at SSR.

Thank you all for following my pre-trip report and offering suggestions. We are bringing our laptop so I'll post updates here if we decide to pay (get ripped off) for internet access. Otherwise, I'll update with a link to our TR when I return.
