15 More Days!!

I have started gathering things and brought one suitcase upstairs to put everything in so it's not all over our room. Since the weather has gotten cooler here, I can start getting our clothes together this weekend.

This picture is the first time B. met Mickey last November! He was 8 weeks old and SO tiny!! He was fascinated with the characters, I hope he does well with them on this trip.

15 More Days!!

I have started gathering things and brought one suitcase upstairs to put everything in so it's not all over our room. Since the weather has gotten cooler here, I can start getting our clothes together this weekend.

This picture is the first time B. met Mickey last November! He was 8 weeks old and SO tiny!! He was fascinated with the characters, I hope he does well with them on this trip.

Drea, what an awfully sweet picture. Your little guy has gotten so big, you are going to have a wonderul trip.

No, haven't starting packing but have a "place" starting to gather things to take. I usually end up packing at the last minute but might change that this time. I lost my husband last year so this is my first time back w/o him, a little bittersweet. We were last there in 2004 and stayed at Boardwalk at Christmastime. It was magical for sure. Our first family trip was with one of my grandkids (granddaughter) who is going this time, she is 13 now and a lovely young lady. I will try to send you an email with my picture so hopefully if we run into each other we can say hi. I am going to decorate our windows at SSR with a Do You Dis? Mickey Ears.

I think B. face is the same.... he really has not changed in his looks. Luke did a lot. Two weeks, I can hardly believe it. I bet A is excited!

I'm sorry to hear about your husband. It will be bittersweat but I'm sure you will remember a lot of little things you have forgotten and it will warm your heart.

You are right, his face has hardly changed, just the shape of his head.

I know, we can hardly wait. Every day we put a sticker on, do the count, then she points to "1" and says "I can't wait for this day" then we jump up and down and scream "We're going to Disney World!"

14 Days!!

Today Rob took A. to go see the Toy Story 3D double feature. So, B. and I have just been hanging out this morning. I plan on doing laundry this weekend and start pulling clothes. YEAH!! I actually like to pack, so I don't consider it a chore (unless it is packing to go back home).

This picture is from DTD from our trip in October 2007. A. loves to play in the water and we love to watch her. I hope B. enjoys it as well since last trip he was too small and it was too cold.

I am so hoping for lots of nice warm pool weather while we are there. It is getting cool here and we really didn't have much warm weather this summer. Yeah I am looking forward to my granddaughter being there and actually 2 of her friends from school will be there with their families at the same time so that should be fun (it is her fall break). In 2 weeks we will already be there!!!!

Us too! Our summer was really not that warm and it is already "jeans" weather here. The upside is that I can start packing today.

13 days!!!

I pulled the kids clothes out their closets this morning. Now I just have to narrow them down since we will have a washer and dryer in the room this trip.

The pictures today are from Epcot! I love walking in and seeing "The Big Ball" as A. likes to say. I know a lot of people don't like the Nemo ride, but we love it. Can't wait to ride it again this year.

12 Days!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I was able to get a lot of laundry done and some packing! Well, not really packing, but as you can see, I got a lot of stuff sorted, bagged, and folded.

Our picture today is from the safari. We just love this ride. We try to go on it once 1st thing and then once before we leave the park for the day.

how wonderful!!! I can't wait to begin packing for my trip! I have Orlando weather on my desktop and it makes me sick seeing 90 degrees in Oct like this!!
