Here is a funny Valentines Day Story!! This is from last July!! Enjoy!!!

We Got Stuck Earlier... (Very Funny!!)
.....in mud!!!!!!!!!! My lil' cuz, Deanna and I were riding my little 325 Polaris four wheeler. I asked my dad could we go and ride out in a field. I asked him because we have gotten stuck there before and I just wanted to check. Plus it has been VERY wet. He said yes and he and Savannah rode back to our house. Well, we were no more than 7 feet out there and we quit moving. Yep, we were stuck. So there we are, out there in the HOT muddy trail where the grass around you is literally 6 feet high and we were stuck. Well, I had on a pair of jeans, (to protect from briars) tennis shoes, and a tanktop. Deanna however was wearing OLD OLD $2.00 flip-flops that were already dirty, an OLD Braves t-shirt and old denim shorts. When I asked her to push so I could drive, her excuse was "I can't get my shoes dirty!!!!!" (she wasn't going anywhere either) Well, I couldn't push because she can't drive, so there we sat. We sat there for about 3 minutes and she starts crying, "We're never gonna get out!!! We're gonna be out here forever!!" After I turned my head and quietly laughed, I told her that when my dad saw that we weren't back, he would come get us. "Well what if he doesn't!!! What if Steve forgets about us!!!" I had had it. It felt like we were at a mosquito convention, I had mud all over me, and she wasn't makin it any better. "Deanna, he'll be back!! We won't be here forever!!! Just SHUT UP PLEASE!!!!!!!" Well, good move Ashton, I thought. I apologized and so did she and then, hark, whats that?? Why its none other than the sound of Daddy's Polaris 700!!!!!!!! It's a Miracle!!!!!!!!! Deanna squealed with delight. Daddy and Savannah finally got us out and we went home and washed off. We were rescued!!!!!!!!



How's that for an adventure???
