The Edison on Dining Plan Potential?

I'm heading down to WDW in the end of August and really want to go to the Edison! I know it's not currently on the Dining Plan, but what are the chances that it will be by August? I've heard that they negotiate contracts sometime in the early part of the year (nowish). I'm willing to pay out of pocket if I need to, but would much rather use our points. What does everyone think? Do you think it'll be reg table service or signature dining?

Actually I believe it is on the dining plan. 1 credit, it is not signature.
