How did you make reservations? I don' see them available on Disney site yet and I checked Open table. Did you call?

I made the the reservation with open table. It looks like reservations are available starting jan 15

Has anyone been able to make a reservation for more than 4 people? A party of 4 is available the date I want but not a party of 6. I tried other dates and could not find anything for a party of 6.

I'm trying to recall the seating and honestly not sure they have any larger tables, or tables made to be pushed together. They have communal seating areas but I suspect they aren't going to take reservations for those areas. 4 could well be their limit for 1 reservation. Though I suggest trying to call directly, if there is a contact number for them. I know some DS locations have phones, and some don't. No idea about Edison.

I had reservations for 1/27 and I just got a call saying they canceled my reservations because of a buy out that day. Any reservations after 2:00 are going to be canceled. Just an FYI incase anyone here has a reservation on that day.

To add - given the Dinner Menu? This IS pretty much a bar, with very good BAR Food.

Another member of my group called and they were able to get a reservation for 6 people on the evening we wanted. Not sure if open table will open up to larger groups in the future or if you will always have to call.

Whelp. That explains why I can not for the life of me get a reservation on the 27th. Guess the 28th it is!

Is this restaurant going to be added to the Disney app to make reservations? Or will it only be Opentable? I want to try it, but Opentable doesn't go out as far as my trip so can't make it yet.

Hard to say. They may prefer OT, and if they decide not to do DDP, they may stay on OT only.

Yuck.

I think this will happen on a semi-regular basis. I think we'll plan your Edison visit early in our trip in case we need to reschedule, with a good back-up plan.

Made ressies on Open Table for April but am trying to convince DH to go just for drinks at the bar instead. We'd be there well before 10pm (try 6pm) & I'm not sure we'd get that much bang for our buck being there before the entertainment starts. Has anyone eaten there before the band, etc got started? If so, how was it?

We did, technically. We were finished eating before the music started. We stuck around and had another drink or two just to listen to the music for a few minutes. We actually prefer dining without music as we find it harder to talk over the band
