Just a warning about this dress - there is zero stretch so you might want to size up. I found it to be very tight in the hip and buttocks area. But it is very pretty

My 50th anniversary dress was delivered today. Love it. It does have two buttons at top of the neckline in back so I had to get help buttoning it, and cleavage is unavoidable much like the Dumbo dress. Has a bit of stretch, but holds its shape well. Not sure if I like it with or without belt. It is definitely cuter in person than in pics.

Agree, fabric and print are lovely. I bought Small & Medium and I like how the medium fit best. Had no issues zipping it up. The small was difficult and a little bit tight on the waist and will be returned as well as the matching Dooney satchel. Too bad our Disney Store closed down.

My sister & I picked up the Edna dress and the Hunchback dress. The Hunchback looks amazing in ger and I love the Edna one.
I didn’t like the 50th Dooney until I saw it in person, so I got the satchel.

Does the Edna dress stay up on your shoulders well? It was hard to tell in the picture of the dress on the mannequin if it was fully on the shoulders or not. I always have trouble with clothes falling off my shoulders

Naomeri, it’s a V neck, not off the shoulder.
The dress is very stretchy. The skirt is stiff but stretchy, and the bodice is really stretchy, and not stiff. There are some stretch panels on the sides of the waist band. I’m apple shaped, so the waist is a bit tight on me. I didn’t feel that the waist was very forgiving. I’m wearing an XL.

The Hunchback dress has a stretchy panel at the back, the belt seems true to size. And the material is the same as the Tiki Room one. The bodice is lined. My sister has a L on.

Thank you!!!! Both of those dresses look great on you two! The Hunchback definitely looks better on a person than on the rack! I wasn’t too impressed with it when I first saw it, but it looks amazing on your sister!

I was just checking out the new Passholder Buzz thing in the MDE app, and reading an article about the upcoming 50th Anniversary Cinderella Castle dress and I’m very excited. “An elaborate dress with EARidescent threads, brocade jacquard fabric, and spiral filigree.” Apparently it’s also a bit more modern than some other Dress Shop dresses, and the neckline incorporates a chain and pendant. It’s due in December 2021.

Hopefully early December so I can see it in person!
