The Dreaded Do-Not-Email Curse !!!

Okay...I can't take it anymore! I have called CRO umpteen times over the last few years, I've registered on every Disney website imaginable, and today I finally get a CM that tells me the reason I haven't received a discount code is because my household is listed as "Do-Not-Email".

This is so stinkin' frustrating as I bring up the code issue during every call. Plus I could have sworn I specifically asked when I booked our last visit that they make sure we receive future discount offers (after making sure they have the correct email address on file).

I told the CM today that I hoped she had the magic touch as I'm getting really upset that first-time visitors are getting terrific offers and as a loyal customer, I'm not. I don't want to take someone else's discount away, but would at least like the same opportunity. She assured me she had taken care of the problem...but only time (or a discount code) will tell!

I would've thought she would just give you a discount considering how much effort you're put forward. Good luck!!

I hope something comes through for us as I've already decided that we won't be going to WDW this summer if we have to pay rack-rate for a room.
 
I just called to purchase a P&PP ticket for May 26th and WDT told me I had a "do not email" on my account. I changed it online many times, I guess that is why I never get any offers....
 

OMG -- I AM SO ANGRY!!! Here it is a couple of weeks later, I called to check on some dates and asked the CM to verify that I do not have emails blocked...guess what, not only is my account once again listed as "Do Not Email", but also listed as "Do Not Mail". I can't believe it. What's a person have to do to get this changed and have it stay that way? :sad2:
