Well this week has been a busy week and with just the two of us it really gets very very hard to cook. Sometimes we spend just as much money on a cooked meal as a "take out" meal. Also I am on some heavy duty allergy meds so cooking would not be an option. I guess with two who work full time cooking isn't our biggest thing we do anymore, especially when our schedules are off (on the days I am home at 4 and Luis is home at 6). We also don't do very big/heavy meals for dinner and that makes it even harder.

Today though I was jsut too out of it and it is cold & rainy outside so neither of us wants to do any work

Elaine I am all for going out to eat. We just got certificates to longhorn in our boxes at school. But.....you need to save some of your money for discon.and taking me out for my birthday! I hope you are ok, what kind of allergy meds are you on? Sounds really severe. DD's are both on allergy meds, one is one zyrtec and the other is on claritin. No they both couldn't be on the same one.

I'm back!!! Paige decided to skip cheering and stay at the birthday party. (It is her best friend after all) so Emily and I ordered a pizza (great minds Elaine!!) and stopped by the market to buy those cut and bake Pilsbury ghost cookies. You won't believe this...they only had reindeer and snowmen SO we made a dozen snowmen cookies.

Betty, we must be twins!! My girls (and I) each have a plastic shoe box (they decorated at our first meeting) that all mail goes into. That's also where they keep a pencil and their Discover Michigan Patch work. They work exactly like your envelopes but we use them during the meeting as a place to put finished work too!!!

Can I get some cake without being hit with it?

Oh, and I buy Maxwell House coffee as our "house coffee" But if I had a million dollars I would get a Venti Mocha 3 times a day from Starbucks!! YUmmmmmmY!!!!!

I forgot, I do buy Starbuck's coffee (whole bean only ) for the house. But why spend all that money for coffee? I think I'll save my money and buy more creamers!
