The Disneyland Paris 13 Trip report..... Day 1

I have finally got my new laptop although i have been many times before this is my first tr, so here goes......

We went 7th-12th November we wanted to go for the Christmas season and for my dd 4th birthday so we decided to leave on her birthday as this so happened to be the first day of the christmas season
I had not been to bed the night before as i was way too excited and as usual i was the one who had to make sure everything was packed so i had that on my mind too. My dad picked me my dh, dd4 and ds 18months up at 1am to go to his as we had a mini bus booked to pick us up at 3.30 am. my dd thought she would be able to carry the cases lol she soon realized she couldn't and gave up bless her.
All 13 of us arrived at st Pancras around 5.30 am with a very funny journey up as my brother- in- law talks A LOT so we thought he would be good to sit next to the driver I think that poor driver wanted to jump out by the end

After a lovely mint hot chocolate from costa's we headed for check in i always find this part stressfull as the security part is always packed and squashed and trying to get 9 cases 4 buggys and 13 people through was very eventfull but we can laugh about it now.

before we knew it we was on the eurostar heading for my second home when a few seats in front of us i recognized a family from photo's on here it was loladelorean i was a little shy to introduce myself to start with but i did in the end, they are such a lovely family and as i have read they too had an amazing time. by now my dd4 was asking every 2 minutes are we there yet

We finally arrived at Disneyland, practacly threw our luggage into the disney express and headed to studio's for some reason we always start here and of course our first stop was TOT I so love this ride it was my dd first time she is a real thrill seaker unlike me she is more like her daddy she has talked about going on here all year and as expexted she loved it and wanted to go again. Next stop was rock n rollercoaster where myself and my dad stayed off with the 4 kids. we thought we had better start heading off to the Cheyenne as we had a booking for cafe mickey at 6.15 as this is the earliest you can book for eveing meals if u want to see the characters and it was 3.30 by now and we had to get checked in. on the way out we bumped into a couple of familiar faces it was Minnie and Pluto my dd face was a picture

We unpacked in the Cheyenne or Woody's house as my dd calls it. I don't think i have ever unpacked so quick and headed to Cafe Mickey for my dd birthday meal we had an amazing night i can't even remember what i had i think it was pluto's steak but there was so much going on loads of character interaction my dd had her autograph book out at the ready and practacly rugby tackled ever character that came to our table

After hearing the birthday song so many times and looking at my dd face wondering if she thought it was for her it was finally her time Mickey came dancing around the corner followed by a couple of cm with a cake i have never felt so happy as i watched her little face beam from end to end as she tried to blow out her candles she was shaking with excitement she did not have enough puff so Mickey helped

after an amazing night my dh took them back to ''Woody's house'' when i went to look around the village with my mum and sister we thought it would be funny to try on a few hats only to realise when i went to pay for something i had dropped 50 euro's out of my purse when i went to get my camera out to take those pictures of us in the hats....... i was so angry with myself

but apart from that it was an amazing start to our holiday

It's nice to know there were others from the site that was there too, but OMG it was soooo wet and rainy but we did not let it stop us.
It was very princessy lol my dd mission of the holiday was to meet Tiana that was a drama but i will explain that in my tr lol
