What's your secret? Atkins? Lots of exercise? Only eating red food?

I am doing Slimming World. As an extremely fussy eater, I find it the best diet for me to follow. I tend to have some fruit in the morning (grapefruit at the weekends and apples/oranges during the week). For lunch, I either have a sandwich (wholemeal bread and loads of turkey/chicken/ham - no spread) or cereal (usually muesli) with banana (no milk - I am allergic). In the evening, I have a jacket potato with a bit of grated cheese and loads of meat, either pork, chicken or steak. As a variation, I will sometimes have oven cooked potato wedges (home-made) or egg-fried rice (just don't use much oil). I also generally have 1 or 2 treats a day - a packet of Wotsits, a mini milky way or cadbury's light choc mousse. Sugar free jelly is also a relatively low 'point' sin.
I appreciate to some people, my diet sounds very restrictive - and it probably is - but the only thing that really differs from my pre-diet eating habits is no chips, less chocolate and no big, fat sausage roll at lunchtime

It works for me
