Okay... I just charted her, and it said that she is in the 95th percentile on both height and weight for a 3yo. So yeah... I guess that would be h/w proportionate.

Yeah but if she is mortified.........................then how many others out there will be too??? :lmao:

Oh the shame of it all. :sad2:
:lmao: :lmao: I for one wont be embarrassed, as long as you promise not be embarrassed to be seen with me. :thumbsup2
Oh, GOSH NO, DS3 would be looking at it every night and naptime! :scared1: :rotfl2:

No, but here's the stupid thing. I took it (because he wanted to destroy it), and hid it. But I can't remember where! :lmao:

Every once in awhile I come across it, laugh, then tuck it back. Oh, I think it's in my underwear or sock drawer, I had to put it someplace he'd never look. ;)
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Thats funny!

Melody, is this it? :confused3

Poor Pixie!! Out there doing something I should know how to do.

See... thats what I think. She is a toddler, and they are chubby. She has always been height weight proportionate, just really tall... So really chubby. I DONT want to make her self conscious about her weight, my mom has always ragged on me, and it doesnt help. I think this clothes shopping has me bummed.

It doesnt help that our family is always telling me that I really need to watch what she eats.:sad2:

Totally!
The irony is that in this age, too many kids are overweight. So why does it seem like the girls' clothing is so thin? Where are all these fat girls shopping??? :rotfl:

I was buying size 12s for my 8yo niece, and 16 Huskies for her 10yo brother. The girls' clothes just look soooo long and thin, obviously she's not that tall, but it's weird that that's the size she fits. I just tried to buy things with elastic waist or no waist, or knit fabric. Some styles, too, are chubby-friendly. :)

I don't think Mikalah is unusually chubby for a toddler, the problem is she's forced to wear clothes that are not sized for a toddler body but a child who is 6yo and considerably taller. I don't know that there's a perfect solution for that...?

But do you know them? Are they going to call Kaitlyn and say, "OMG, I know you don't know me, but your mom was wearing a fannypack!" :lmao:

I know!! I could get clothes with no problem for ALex if he was a little pudgy.. But Nothing for a girl? GRR!! Dresses. That is what works best, but not very practicle for every day. Strechy stuff, and bigger tees. We make do, its just a bummer. I hope she outgrows it.

95th? I would have guessed OFF THE CHART! :lmao:

Well, there ya go. She's proportional for her age. :thumbsup2
