Oh sure - change the name.

Darby....hhmmm.. I tried Annsley on the DH yesterday. Turned down cold. Guess sometime in the next couple of weeks we gotta get on the same name page.

Saw the Dr. yesterday - he says definitely not gonna make it until the 21st. Kinda glad to hear it. My back is killing me. Not sleeping.

DD is currently crying and whining at me but she is not tired from her Brownie sleep over last night. She cracks me up. I so do love them when they are like this. After all, me being the mean mommy that I am, cannot understand all she wants to do is have a friend over.

Someone please send reinforcements.

Hummm. Brenna Quinn McDougald.....THAT's a KEEPER! Forget all the others & tell DH if you go tomorrow she's got a name!!! I'm a July baby...my Grandfather was a July baby...he always used to say "All good things are born in July"! Now if I could just remember if it was ripe tomatos or corn that he wanted to be ready by the 15th.....hummmmm. I forget all them farmin' days! He had a dairy farm & grew sweet corn...I just remember him bringing out corn by the wheelbarrow full & dumping it under the maple tree by the house & I had to count it out by the doz. & put it in piles so the people driving by would see the sweet corn sign & stop...$1 / doz. back then!! Put it in a paper sack...then he'd take me up the road in the back of the pickup to his fav. beer joint and he'd get me a "poke 'o blow gum" & a cherry cream soda for helping out!

Ok so now we are back to Brenna. Boy, Annie, you are making me tired!

My uncle in NY always said corn was to be "knee high by the 4th of July" so I am guessing corn. But then again.... the farmers around here just planted the tomatoes so they might also be done by the 15th.....hhhmmm... I will try to keep you posted.

yep..Kate was Kaitlyn months before..it was an easy pick..I use to babysit a Caitlin when I was a teenager and Marie is my sisters middle name..

Sorry 'bout the flip flopping on the name thing...but I'm liking Brenna Quinn with McDougald....and YES - we had the names were narrowed down to 1 each for boy vs girl (but don't forget I'm ANAL that way! ) What does DH say about Brenna?!

And Bets, the way you didn't gain weight was by sharing entrees DM and DD (cheater, cheater, pants on ...wait, have to get back to you on that) - wish I'd thought of that.

Sorry I've been MIA lately. I have just been so incredibly busy. I can't believe it.

OK, I could really go for one of those icecreams right now.

As for names, I'm still liking Brenna Quinn. Ainsley is pretty too, but I think a lot of people would find that tough...causing little Brenna much aggravation growing up. I was Caitlin way before that was popular. I dreaded the first day of school each year with a new teacher...they never got it right.

With Cam we knew he would either be Cameron Austin or Kylie Ariel at about 4 months along. Well, I knew he was Cameron Austin, but DH didn't know until he was born (I kept it a secret!). Colton was a different story. I heard the name years before I got pregnant and loved it. DH hated it at first and then once I got pregnant and shared the name, I got a lot of negative feedback. Then I second guessed it. Our other choice was Dylan. We thought either Dylan Colton or Colton (???middle name). I pulled Ryan out of thin air one day so then we were down to either Colton Ryan or Dylan Colton...and we were still going back and forth with the nurses in the delivery room. I really liked it,but was worried about the negative feedback...by this time DH like Colton and wanted it. So we went with Colton and Im glad we did...he is such a Colton!
