Here I am! Mom is good. Discharged from hospital with instructions to follow up with a cardiologist as apparently there was not one available to see her at Sharp yesterday!? So she has an appointment Dec. 10.

RJ - nice job on the apps! Neils cousin just started at UCDavis this year. So far he likes it. We will keep our fingers crossed that Bob gets in at his first choice! Is that still UCSD?

Can't wait to see the Knebel Christmas picture this year! You know in that one picture it looks like Cassie is going to lick her brother in the ear!

Did enough Christmas shopping this morning that I am at the point I need to start wrapping and/or go through everything I have just to see whats there and see who I still need to shop for. Like Neils Dad and Brother. They are always the last ones....hhhmmmm... WAIT!! I have one thing for Neils brother! The list gets shorter.....

Glad Kate likes her new glasses...DS likes his too - as long as no one SEES him in them! I've caught him shoving them into his pants pockets! Part of our problem is that he's only supposed to have to wear them for distance - doesn't need 'em for anything within arms length (yet). So there's a lot of "on & off" with them. We forget where we last wore them. We lose the case. We leave them laying in places where they shouldn't be (like uhhh the FLOOR)! We leave them at school in our desk...on & on............... I'm sure he'll probably have to wear them ALL THE TIME one day - that will probably simplify things a lot............

that is the same for Kate..she needs them for reading the chalk, er, erase boards..but her vision is bad enough that when she put them on, she was STUNNED by all the detail she had been missing..leaves on trees, the details of the carpet...LOL..it was funny!

Speaking of Ryan...attitude city. Gonna haveta beat that child. Or cancel her birthday party. And Linden too. Up at 5 this morning and lets see slept about 1/2 an hour while grocery shopping. Currently in her crib screaming her head off. Anybody have any creative ideas for a "bored and neglected" child?

Sent a note to SueEllen today. I decided with bratty children Mommy needs a cruise. Daddy is just gonna have to suck it up and go. Checking expense of category 8 for all 7 days or category 6 for the four day. Will let you all know. Be keeping fingers crossed for SueEllens magic abilities!

Go Sue Ellen! Find a good deal for our friend with the bratty children! The Cat 8's on Deck 5 are right down the hall from us in the SPH rooms! You need to find a GTY 8 so that you could maybe have the chance of getting a free upgrade! That happened to us on the West Coast cruise - booked a GTY 8 & ended up in a Cat. 6!

I remember when I got my glasses - I was in 5th grade - couldn't read the big 'E' on the eye chart when the school nurse came!

Hey, so get this - IF I don't scare her off, our new peep is also from Maryland!! (I know, that's a big IF!) And she lives like in the same county! How cool is THAT?!
