What's everyone else doing this weekend? I am going to the Teddy Bear Tea on Saturday with DD and MIL - a tradition I started. Found something to wear yesterday! Gonna see Santa! Sunday my Dad is coming!! We get to see him once a year! He always comes out for Thanksgiving to help at the ranch. All y'all know we get to mark and brand those calves! Ik this year I have an excuse - Go Linden Go Linden. Mama ain't gonna get kicked and stepped on this year.

Was looking at DCL picture of the day thread last night. Really want to do the Panama Canal cruise....Wonder how much that is??

I am leaving tomorrow morning to go to my oldest daughters for Thanksgiving. Love the peaceful train ride. Only bad part, I arrive after midnight. Being a morning person, this isn't my cup of tea. I will be back Dec. 1st and then the mad rush to finish my Christmas shopping. I did some already and am taking it with me tomorrow. I hate packing, post office runs to get all the packages out on time. I will have a lot of catching up to do when I get home.

LOL! I saw the article yesterday, copied it and sent it to DH with a note...don't forget half in the 7 Seas Lagoon off the Poly Beach and 1/2 in Crescent Lak off the BW. He now has it in writing (or at least email).

My mom will be passing TZM & Ophie in the friendly skies! She just left Cheri's home airport in SD and is on her way to see my brother in SueEllen's neck of the woods VA.

Please to be having careful travels and a fun, fun trip!

T&P - I thought that happened the other way around. I thought you moved to the panama canal cruise from the triple dip. But then my memory ain't what it used to be.

I will be cleaning up the guest room today. Guess that printer can't be on the bed anymore. And the every growing pile of scrapbooking stuff I so need to organize.

OK - off to get DD to school. Then a coffee run and a little shoe shopping. Better stop in and visit the chiropractor. Laundry...always with the laundry and tackling the guest room. Yep that oughta keep my busy. Neils mom will be here at about 3pm.

no, no one missed a birthday (it's actually Wednesday)
Today's our anniversary (18 years) so Steve & I are going out for a nice dinner. I'm looking forward to it.

We had a great time on the cruise (and yes, the kids are growing TOO fast!) Trevor grew 3 inches in just over 8 months!!
We had people on the cruise ask if Tara & I were sisters (I could have kissed every one that asked me that!!!!)

well, got pretty much packed for our weekend last nite - darned winter clothes take up WAY too much room in the bags tho! i am having my doubts now about being able to get all 3 of us packed into 1 large duffle in Jan.!! I really thought i could do it but the winter stuff is just too bulky - and once it's folded up do any of you guys ROLL your clothes when you pack? i've heard that works well but have never tried it...

question - what does one wear in a fancy resort to go from your room to the indoor pool / hot tub?! they provide robes at this resort so i was wondering if that's kosher to wander thru the halls & lobby etc. if i'm in my robe over my bathing suit?! (i don't get out much!!) i wasn't sure what to wear so i stuck in a set of sorta sweats but not exactly sweats - it's a little matching set of something...it's cute. but i mean in the summer you have little cover up thingys to wear to the pool but it's darned cold out there now & i stuck one of those in too but i don't know! OK - here's a visual for you - here's me schelpping down the hall of this beautiful resort http://www.hyattregencychesapeakebay.com in my robe with my cooler & captain on the way to the pool!! I am wondering about traffic now too - since it's psuedo holiday weekend traffic too....should we take back roads or the beltway to route 50?! we have to eventually get to route 50 to cross over the bay....

well, dunno if i'll be checking in on here over the weekend or not....guess if i don't i might find us back a page or two huh with everyone traveling & all......if i don't check in again i hope everyone has a good one...we'll be home sometime on Sun. (have to go buy that turkey & finish laundry & cleaning house ETC, ETC.)
