My take-away from what I've been reading is everyone seems to becoming much more aware of what we eat. I believe cutting out the garbage we tend to love will go a long way to reaching our goals. That combined with moving more (baby steps) we'll get there.

We use carryon only unless we are going to Disney for a week. Then I take one bag because Disney will take care of it for me

Some serious Pinteresting led me to a recipe that is (almost too) awesome -- quick, easy and full of protein & iron (seriously lacking in my food choices) -- almond butter cookies with pumpkin seeds! No flour so if anyone needs a great recipe that's gluten free, ask away!
