well girls we are now into the third week of January already,where do the days go?? :confused3 and for the past couple of weeks there have been some fantastic weight losses!!
Hope you all have another good week!!:hug:
I hope to get my weight loss ticker moving in the right direction this week!

Weighed-in today and I was shocked to see I had lost another 4 lbs.....making my loss for 2 weeks 9lbs. :banana:

Good luck everyone :thumbsup2 I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 2lbs, so that's 3.5 lbs in the last couple of weeks. I'm happy with that :)

I have just been preparing some fresh fruit for my breakfast smoothies, I liked the tinned fruit one's ok but am looking forward to the fresh ones nex week :goodvibes

Hmmm, just weighed myself here at work, and only appear to have lost 1lb, now 12St 8lb. I pretty much behaved myself over the last week, so a little dissapointed with this.
So in my 3 weeks, my losses have been 4lb, 2lb, and now 1lb.
Maybe its time I did a little exercise as well as just eating sensibly.
The only thing is that today (as its cold), im wearing a t-shirt under my shirt, so maybe that might be worth a pound or 2....or maybe im just making excuses.
