Hello DIS Dads:

I have not been on awhile, but I finally got internet access back home. I will be heading to Home Depot to get some Disney paint to add some "magic" to my DS and DD rooms. I hope that everyone and their families have a Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year!!

I'm a father of 3 from Delaware. And a certified WDW geek. We're looking at doing our first Disney Cruise next November, so I'm branching out a bit!

So Here he is the newest Marine in the USA at least until next weeks Graduation. I am truly impressed with the changes this last 12 weeks have made

So it was 75f in Hilton Head on Sat. and now I'm home in PA and it's 9f in my yard, talk about not ready for this.

hi dads! thanks for the ideas for my dd car for christmas. we are doing the string of boxs. we are up to 12 boxs in 2 houses and 3 garages!! i havnt been on line lately, we are swampped at work and as grumpy john could tell you we got alittle ice and snow. (i see its sunny and 80 in orlando!!) you get done chopping and the next day you get more. anyway, grumpy john, congrats on the newest brother and i hope you are staying warm. i was in tannersville this morning to see a customer and i didnt even shut the car off, wow! that will wake you up at 6am!! anyway, hope eveyone is well and have a nice christmas if i dont get back on line.

Very big Dis Dad Welcome




My first thought would be a "Treasure Hunt" give her the first clue in a gift box and let her search around for the next and so on. make the last clue the keys and a map to the parking space!!

The disney Cruises are addictive. I just asked my soon to be 9 year old son if he wanted to go to Disney World for spring break or go on a Disney Cruise and he picked the Disney Cruise . The best part is that it will be FREE for him this trip.

Just wanted to wish a belated Merry Christmas to all my fellow DIS Dads out there. We were travelling yesterday, so didn't get a chance to get on here.

Only 4 more days until we head to WDW for a visit over New Year's. Everything is go for us to take DS11's best friend for his first ever trip to Disney. He and DS11 were so excited when they found out he was going with us. We can't wait to get there and see the excitement on his face as he experiences the land that Walt and Mickey made. I have been putting together a tour plan to make sure he gets to enjoy as much of it as he can even though it is going to be C-R-O-W-D-E-D!!!!

The next few days will be very busy so if I don't get to post again before our trip, I hope all of the DIS Dad's and their families have a wonderful and Happy New Year!!!!
