sign me up guys!! i'm mike. my dw and i are empty nesters now and still go to wdw and disney cruise whenever possible. we have made over 30 trips to wdw over the years and took our 4th disney cruise last oct.
we just got back from wdw in feb and are planning a xmas visit this year.
i'm going to try and get caught up here.
our first wdw trip together was 1976.
i guess we brought our kids right as well because our ds and family are disney nuts as is our dd.
looking forward to reading.....

yep. we sat down and counted them out one year.
a lot of our friends and relatives always say"why dont you guys go somewhere
else for a change?. but it's our happy place. our release.

We're leaving in 5 days and man do I need it! The only thing I'm bummed about is that we're not going to get a chance to see the space shuttle launch. I've ALWAYS wanted to see that. I'm taking my laptop and will try to do some live reports while I'm there.

My DW and I, have cabin 5520, for our 10/09 34th Wedding Anniversary cruise!!!

My DW, DD and I just arrived home a short time ago from visiting with some other DIS'er friends for dinner. They had gone on the Magic back in February, so we also got to see their cruise pics, which we enjoyed, even though it made us homesick for the Magic......

I had sent "allears" (John) a link to this thread earlier in the day and he said he started looking over the thread, so if you are reading this post John, stop by and say hello to the DIS Dad's Club Members!!!

It's funny you mention that, turning 40 in 2 weeks and we just bought a DVC membership at AKV November 07.
Aug 07 was my first trip ever to WDW. When DW started planning in 06 I had no idea what I was in for, the only thing I asked for was that I get to play golf once when we were there. Well I did, it was great and so was every thing else. I've been hooked ever since.
Going back for Halloween 08, I CAN'T WAIT
Do I qualify as a Disney Dad? If so count me in!!
