Ahhhh, Barry the Dadapus, you have fallen for my latest evil plan.

Being able to knickname myself Barry the Data-pus is almost enough to make me want to change my name to Barry.

Just makin' a little lunch for DS4 and I.

I know what we're going to eat today.

Hey guys, love the new forum. Just got an iPhone and bought the eticket app. so I guess this means I can check in more often. Yay!!
Does the eticket app make it easier to browse the disboards on your phone? More importantly does it make it easier to multiquote on your phone?

Woah, I must be feeling it right now. It's a Small World just came up on my iPod shuffle, and I didn't want to change it!
Feeling what? massive head trauma?

Stopher Congrats on your Wood Badge and beads that's quite an achievement

Glad all the Dads seem to have made it through the tornado's unscathed. Hopefully I'm not speaking too soon.

This is an insane travel week for me. I had red-eyes scheduled Weds night and Thursday night and the storms messed up travel so I got to spend Tuesday night in the airport instead of a hotel. I miss sleep.

I had to smuggle it in from Illinois.

Sorry, Nate. I've gone from one TR to another - and I've only got about 30 days to finish the current one. I haven't even been over to the tread to look at the pictures, let alone enter or even moderate it. Hopefully once I get from my June/July trip I can hop back over and lend a hand.

I'm pretty sure cheeseballs arent natural cheese.

I ran into my 1st planning snag:eek: They have a new lunch at The Animal Kingdom Lodge called Dine With Animal Specialists: An Untamed Touch:cool1: Now it's in a trial state and they only do it on Weds, limited to 12 people total.

On the Wed we are there I have a 8am ADR at 1900 Park Fare, A 10am ressie at Epcot for AAA Storytime, Then its off to Seaworld, T-Rex Cafe for a Late dinner and DTD the rest of the night:scared1:

Any other day of the week I could fit this in, maybe they will expand the days:confused3 Otherwise I guess I'll have to wait till next June to do it, if they still have it, since I promised Wife & Son we would do Seaworld this time since we didn't go last trip

That's quite a COMMANDO day...

So.... I think I got a PIN in the mail.:confused3

It was a direct mail ad (addressed to the DW) that said value resorts for $60/night, Mods for $115, and Animal Kingdom Lodge for $189.

The reason I think it was a pin was the line on the direct mail that said, "your Pin is XXXXXXXXXXX"

But since I have never booked a room-only reservation, what does this translate to? 20%, 30%, 40% discounts, or... something different?

:lmao: You've never had one of my rum & cokes:lmao:
No, but it must be a good one!:thumbsup2

:lmao::lmao:

Those decks come off soo easy!! When I was a kid I worked for sears pruduct services.. Lawn division.. So I know exactly what you are going through! They would have separate parts for the bearing assembly.. But they also had the entire assembly on my truck. I always had the parts.. But was always running out of the assembly..:rolleyes1 i had a lift that was attached to the back of my van literally drove the tractor to the back of the van and it hooked into the bumper.. 5 seconds and it was up and secure! I kind of miss smelling like gasoline and rotten grass!:thumbsup2

From a professionals opinion.. You need to buy a brand new tractor.. Black with a disdads logo!!:rotfl2: and of course ZTR! You could always break out the push mower (only while the wife is there) mow about 20 feet squirt water all over your face and shirt.. then come in panting.. Let her see how much work it is.... Viola... She makes you go this instant.. To get your primo ZTR 200hp turbo charged disdads logo'd racer.. I mean mower!!:rotfl2:
I like the way you think, but we don't even own a push mower. I have an old, old rear engine JD rider that my dad gave me that has a 38 inch deck. I don't even want to use it to mow my yard, it would probably take about 4 hours. The only reason I even have that one is for pulling the sprayer/spreader/roller.

I'm probably going to see if anyone will work with me on a trade. I'm debating between tractor type mower and ZTR though. Love my ZTR for the ease and quickness to mow, but I've got some slope areas that I tend to slide on, and I've had that thing stuck in wet spots this spring that a tractor would have driven through without even slipping.

It really looks like you're encouraging me to get a ZTR kind of like the racer that Tim "the toolman" Taylor built on Home Improvement. Don't tempt me, that would be pretty sweet.

Ok, that makes sense then.

They give different offers to different people.. Could be 45% to 10% or free dining.. All details are inside that envelope! :woohoo::woohoo::thumbsup2 that is awesome"!!! :worship:

Yeah, that's how I got my pin. One of the Travel Agent guys probably would have a better idea on what exactly those discounts translate to, but yeah, I'd say probably close (within 5% or so) to what you're thinking.

Sounds like a x% off of rack rate...but really depends on when the PIN is valid for...as to how much the % is. $189 at AKL or $115 at CSR or PORS would be good to me.

I got one of those PINs once...was right after I got back from my last trip...and was only valid for times within the next month or so...thanks allot guys...spent enough for now. :headache:

:cool1: Congrats! :cool1:

Very lucky, you are!

:darth::yoda::chewy:

In case you guys didn't know, today is the 34th Anniversary of Star Wars, which premiered on May 25, 1977. I still remember seeing that in the theater and being blown away by the awesomeness of George Lucas' vision.

Hey, it;s not all that bad, my MIL usually takes my side over DW

Ahhh...mine wasn't that bad either. Though I called her Harriett (real name Sharon)...but she reminded me of Harriett Olsen from "Little House"

FIL's nick name is "Chuckey" after the psycho killer doll.

Star Wars WAS awesome. George Lucas transformed movie making in 77 with the first jump to hyper space (so I was told, i wasn't born yet) Then about 1997 George had to go and Beverly up the whole franchise trying to 'fix' it with CGI, instead of simply moving on to other projects like "good" directors.

Morning Gents -

Happy Star Wars Day!!

On a semi-related-but-mostly-unrelated-note, I made our last payment on our July trip yesterday. Now I'm even more excited than I have been, if that's even possible. 51 Days!!

Should probably do some work now.

See y'all in fifteen when I need another break.

Cheers,
Indy

smackin' my lips in anticipation of some Dole Whipy goodness......3-1

It ain't over till its over... (I think it might be over) :sad2:

Hey... wait, what are you saying about our cheese?

Ok, that makes sense then.

Oh...wait... HEY!!!!

Enough picking on Illinois. At least we have the Bears...nope... Cubs... won't go there... Sox.... not this year... Blackhawks... yeah, sorry ... Bulls... yeah the Bulls... at least for a couple more days.

PINs are good (if they’re for a time frame that you can make use of).
Congrats’ and hopefully you’ll be able to take advantage of this one

Cool. I remembered the year, but not the date. That is the first movie that I ever paid to see more then one in a theater (one of my favorite “westerns”). It’s still a lot of fun. George did get off the rails a bit with the second trilogy, but there are few director/producers that bat 1000%. I may have to pop the DVD for that one in this evening just for giggles.

Seems perfectly off-topic to me (and I can think of no better place to change the subject then here). Congrats on paying off the trip. Must be time to start planning the next one al ready.

Um, if we already have the July 2012 trip in the works, does that count? AKL 2012.

Cheers,
Indy
