Hey Christian! So glad to see you made it home safely. It was awesome spending my morning with you, Margie and Virginia!

Here are a few pics from our morning together at the MK...

We had breakfast at the Crystal Palace. No ADR. Christian just walked up, and they said it would be about 10 minutes. It wasn't even 5 and they were calling his name. . His sweet angel Virginia can be a bit shy at times...

After breakfast we went into Adventureland and look who we encountered...

Margie and Virginia went over to the Country Bears while we went to BTMRR. Here we are together on the ride. I didn't verbalize it at the time, but afterwards I kind of felt like we were just blending right in as a couple, like the hordes of celebrants there this weekend for Gay Days. Let me just say it was a sea of red shirts/apparel today at the Kingdom of Magic, as Christian calls it. (There were plenty over at the Studios this evening when I was there too - but nowhere near as many as at the MK)...

I believe I said it once already, but I'll say it again - it was AWESOME to be able to connect with them today and spend the morning together.

I talked it over with DW tonight. She agreed with both of my concerns about the breakfast, and when we talked about doing 1900 Park Faire with also agreed that it wouldn't work well with The Bug. The stepsisters would make her mad. I can see her now, hand on her hip, finger wagging, scolding the stepsisters for being so mean.

So instead of characters, we said screw the expense and decided to go for another unique experience. I hopped onto the online reservations system and swapped that CRT reservation for dinner at the California Grill.

If you like fine dining, I think that is probably a good move. I haven't done CRT, but I've talked to a lot of people who don't think it's worth the money for what you get. I'm sure you'll enjoy CG!

thanks for asking captain, june 18th we go to philly for her op to see "what it is". everything goes well ill be able to bring her home the 19th. than we get to wait again for about 2 weeks till the results come back. we have alot going on w/ graduation parties, dance etc... so im trying to keep her mind off things. i printed out the menues for our december trip and she has been reading them deciding what she wants to eat. my brother in law will be in philly on the 17th, he has gone thru is 7 treatments for lymphoma and from what his dr.s can tell, looks like they got it!! hes going to philly for a second opinion and just to have another set of drs. look at him. his dr. recomended it.ill keep you posted after the surg. how she did. thanks again.

im back........ but need to do some serious reading.....how you all been doing? the holidays almost paid for so i can do less time at work and more time on here...do we have a few more britts yet?

I'm not locked in with the ticket, but based on our length of stay, that ticket only costs about $5, so I figure it's worth hanging on to "just in case" (like just in case MNSSHP gets rained on hard, and we leave the park early, for example).

And in another bout of prevarication, I'm considering giving up our coveted CRT reservation for our first morning at Disney. We've got an 8:05 a.m. ADR for our first day at MK. Our only other MK day is the MNSSHP evening. I'm starting to think that a) I'd rather make sure we're at rope drop (and see the opening show) than enter an empty park (though that would make for some nice picture opportunities) and b) I'd rather do a 1 TS ADR (or even a signature restaurant) for dinner that evening instead. c) We're doing Akershaus a few days later for The Bug's birthday dinner. It looks like they have most of the same characters, and I don't want The Bug's birthday dinner to be anti-climatic.

Thoughts? Opinions?
