hey Guys ? for you all.Have any of you been to House of the Mouse with just your wife? no kids !!!..I am thinking of a nice little trip in July for our 20th wedding anniversary.I am trying to get some input on this cause my other choice is a cruise cause that is what we did for our honeymoon.I am leaning toward the House of the Mouse.Any input would be great

Shari and I went every year even before the kids came along. It was a different type of pace then. Now, it is more laid back and easier pace so the kids dont tire out so quickly...It was fun with just us but I did not know any different...nowit would feel sad to me tonot have the kids with me. We are using the december trip to celebrateour 10th anniversary which is really oct 28. Wanted to go to Hawaii again but decided on Disney with the kids instead. You said you went on a cruise...that is a great romantic adult getaway...we cruised Royal Carribean with just the two of us twice and loved it...I will have to let you know what a disney cruise is like in a few weeks

Did that on our HM, get the just married hats ( No one knows) take her to CRT and a couple days in advance order the slipper dessert (its like 14 bucks but well worth it) We were in a store and the Dapper Dans came up to us and started singing "When you wish upon a star" to us , I'll be a big Man and admitt it brought a tear to my eye:lmao:

No more info it could lead to #6:rotfl2:

yea our honey moon was a cruise on Carnival,we loved it.We loved it so much when we got back we talked my sister and Bro/in/law to go the following yr on Royal Caribbean. The 4 of us had even more fun so we expanded the group to 8 people. Then our group went to 16 people. We went every other yr, and at last count our group was over 50 strong.MY Wife and I have missed the last couple but we plann on getting back on track with it.
So I know we will love a cruise
I just thought Disney would be cool also,we plan on going often even when the kids stop going.Just first time without the kids would be a little weird for us.Been going with the kids for 18 yrs now.

I can't wait....the only beer I will be able to ahve is A and W or Mug Root
Beer LOL. Not a drinker here...seen to many bad things over my years at the hospital..

Nope no gambling on disney cruises...I checked into that lol

Knowing that I might be able to do a short one:lmao: I would probably cover the ship the 1st day and get bored ( I hate being confined) I always tell my wife I'd be the guy that jumps overboard and try swimming to land, I got to keep moving:lmao:

ok guys sitting here with nothing to do waiting for my wife to get home from work and was wondering.Who is the most famous person you have seen in Disney?
I have seen President Carter. As a matter of fact believe it or not I shared a restroom with him( and yes he washed his hands) lol.Could not believe how relaxed the secret service was.I even got a pic of him walking through the park and in the pic you cant see the secret service. But then again most people didn't even notice him. lol
Well he is the most famous I saw.
Now my wife was at the same hotel as Shaq Oneil when he was drafted by the Magic and she has pics of him.
Waiting to hear some stories of your famous meetings
