I traded my hot rod and sold my first boat to put her through grad school...

I brought that up, and let's just say, it got really, really, really cold in the desert---and really quiet too:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Just don't get it?:confused3:confused3:lmao::lmao:

Oh man FedFuzz ...I think you nearly entered the twilight zone without even realizing it:rotfl2:

Had I said that to my wife CSI would be here taking fingerprints from my lifeless body!:scared1:

I am glad to know that I am not the only one with a wife who likes to spend money. She asks me every month how we manage to have a 3k credit card bill to pay off each month....I want to say..well...looks like a lot of Coldwater Creek orders to me! But I like life too much to say that :rotfl2:

OK, I am married to an Auditor who is a CPA. So I can not even go out and buy somethign at lunch without getting a phone call 30 minutes later asking me what did I buy and Best Buy. I think she has email alerts when I use the card. But I am not complaining, because she does not spend, in fact I think I am worse. Go figure :D

I'm right around you guys!!!!!! Staying at POP this time! I'll have my LGMH on either our stroller or my backpack. Do you guys have touring plans yet? We will be in MK 10/5, MNSSHP 10/6, DHS 10/7, & AK 10/8 before driving to the airport:sad2:

Hey, that's nice ~ since you'll be there for a Wednesday evening, you should try to get up to POR to see Bob "The Piano Man" Jackson! He is great family entertainment and he really gets the kids going. He starts around 8:30 PM and runs 'til midnight or so. We're planning to be there Wednesday night after AK and dinner at Boma. If you make it, grab a nacho platter and something to drink and enjoy the show!

Now if you had said a Chevy Camero or Corvette ... If the bracelet in the glovebox does not work (brilliant idea), tell her it is to drive her to Disney World in style for your second (or third or fourth) honeymoon.

oops, got to go, wife is comin!!! :eek:

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Dvczerfs, you had me going ya, ya, ya for a while then this killed me.

BTW FedFuzz (sorry hope you don't mind me using your new nickname) I like the idea of using the car to take her on your 2nd honeymoon in style. Also tell her at least you bought American.
:drive::car:

Fed you should absolutely get it! Its not every day that a guy has the opportunity to buy a true piece of American Muscle. In twenty years that car will be worth more than most peoples houses. Its not a car, its an Investment.

Okay, guys, I'm looking for recommendations from the panel of experts!

We drive to WDW from Maryland twice a year, our next trip is in November.

What are your favorite places to eat along i95?

:listen:

Wow, you guys are having big-league battles here. And here my wife and I struggle to decide whether or not we can take the kids to Friendly's for dinner. I can't imagine what would happen with a car! :rotfl:

I find hunger is a great motivater to push that hammer down. :car:

What a week it has been...sheesh

Shari's Dad had open heart on Monday and is doing well and then this morning my Dad had a small stroke. He is regaining his speech and things so whatever deficits he had seem to be deminishing now. Uuugh! I just needed to tell somebody!

And stay awake! :scared1:

You know you have been driving too long and too tired...

when in your own thoughts...you try to convince yourself...if I fall asleep those noise ridges along the side of the road will wake me up. :lmao:

Take it easy Herd or you'll have problems yourself. Focus on what's 29 days ahead.

Sorry to hear about FIL and your Dad...though it sounds like things are going good considering what all could go wrong in those instances.

I'll be praying for your Family. :thumbsup2

Wow! Hope things calm down for you, and your dads continue to improve. All things considered, sounds like it could have been a lot worse...

South of the Border! :joker:

Just kidding, I wouldn't do that to you. We found a decent bbq place called Sonny's in St. Augustine, FL. Problem is, the town is a bit of a hike from I-95.

:rotfl2: Yeah, South of the Border is one of those things you do once because you feel like you have to.

And then you go back 10 years later because it can't possibly be as bad as you remember, and it's worse...
