Hello everyone -- imagine my surprise this morning when I logged on to see Paul's new signature..... I think its cute!!!

Glad to see everyone is well. Skunka gets Matt on the bus every morning, bus promptly picks him up at the end of the driveway at 8:35. I do see the highschoolers out there very early! I'm just glad the elementary kids don't start so early!!!

Has everyone taken Christmas decorations down? Or did some wait for today (little Christmas)? I always get bummed out taking them down....

My tree is down and put away but I still have the mantle and the bookcase decorations to put away......maybe this weekend.

Hahahahah We actually got Clare in one!! I know the question has been answered Clare, but maybe we should make this a two way street. You come up with Queens Englishisms and we'll come up with Americanisms!!

Flatware is another name for silverware (especially everyday, non-silver). Did that make sense? Forks, spoons, knives, etc.

I just wish I had the disposable income to make a purchase like this so quickly. Dog gone people want so much money for just a silly mouse.

I have no idea what happened, apparently I have 49 pages to read here and I have no idea on the other thread. I haven't been able to open the DIS in two days. I finally am using my dial up connection. The cable connection works for the web, but not the DIS. Thanks Paul for letting me know about the new thread. I can't wait to catch up on all the chaos?

Hi Deb - glad you found us!

I have a similar problem with my broadband sometimes - can surf the net to my heart's content but no Dis. I have to close the connection on my pc - log off - shut down - switch off my router - switch it back on - power up the laptop - reconnect - then I'm back on the Dis. Generates a new IP address or something...

Of course by the sound of it the server crached again last night so that might be the reason
