Nice pictures Paula. Alyssa has those same shoes. Gotta love Payless!

BTW, what are those kids supposed to be on the right of the picture, with the white thing around their heads?

Paula, if you didn't live so darn far away, I would come over and help you out.

I am going out on a limb here. I think they are supposed to be eggs, from Humpty Dumpty.

They are eggs from Humpty Dumpy, the flowers are from Mary’s garden, off to the far left are clocks from Hickery Dicker Dock, they did the Nursery rhymes theme.

Did I get it? Yep, I got post 37500 on page 2500. Those numbers people must be rubbing off on me...

So Hunter's best friend and his parents are heading to WDW a week from Saturday. I talked to the mother yesterday and she hasn't even thought about packing. They have made a few ADRs, but not many and they are on the dining plan. :confused3 I have actually tried to avoid talking to them about their trip as I know that I will just get frusterated. When they started planning this in March I offered to make them T-shirts, autograph pages, give them any info that they need, but they prefer to just go with the flow and take things as they come. Chris and I are sitting here thinking that they are going to have a miserable trip as they just don't know that doing Disney requires skill and prep time. You all know what I mean. Between the June heat, no ADR (not many anyway) and no plan of attack, I bet they don't get to see much of the world. She asked me the other day what items they shouldn't go without and when I started telling her she looked at me like I was out of my mind. An extra pair of shoes for Kali River Rapids? You can't possibly get that wet? Wait until they walk around in soggy sneakers or wet jean shorts after that ride, they will find out the hard way.

Deb
My cousin and her family, along with my aunt and her dh, are headed to WDW the week of July 1st. I have tried to help but I agree it is soo frustrating that they have no idea of all the resources out there. Which mean they have no idea of the crowds or anything else.

Thank you for the offer, but PA and CA are just not as close as one would think. :)

Off to get Ellie from school now. :car:

WTG Emma! I'm not going to tell Nicholas, as he will be very jealous of you. He still hasn't lost that tooth!

Emma so understands the jealousy thing! Her one friend lost her first tooth about a year and half ago in preschool and got her name on the Teacher's bullentin board- Lost Tooth Club. It killed her that she never made it up there!

Emma says :thanks:

Chuck's results are back. Negative for lupus, lyme disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. However, they did find some kind of imflammatory joint disease but don't know what. Chuck has an appointment with a specialist in Green Bay now on June 21st to have more tests.

Glad to know that you got some answers. Here's :wizard: to find out what exactly is bothering Chuck and to getting it resolved. :grouphug: :grouphug: to both of you for having to deal with this.

They have something like that in his kindergarten class. He is bound and determined to lose this tooth by the 16th, the last day of school!

I got the job! 4 days a week as lead teacher. So I have a question. I am allowed to decorate my room however I want, so obviously I picked Disney!!!! Anyone know where I can get Disney themed teacher supplies such as posters, b'day banners, etc? My kids name tags will be Mickey and Minnie. I'm also going to get Disney fabric for curtains. I'm really excited. And the Director's son just finished a 6 month internship with Disney, so she's a huge Disney fan too!

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

Vicki, It is good to hear that most of the bad issues have been elimated for Chuck. Hopefully the inflammatory Disease is easily treatable.

Paula, The girls look beautiful as usualy. Thanks for the pictures.

Glynis. Welcome back. Can't wait to hear about your trip.

Tammi. I hope your trip works out for you.

Deb

Glynis-

So glad you are home!! Hope you had a faboo trip!!

Paula-

Once again...those are some great pictures!! Such photogenic kids.

This server is driving me crazy and I hate doing these all together posts but I'm just happy to be able to post!!

It's official!! I am going to be in the DC area for the meet!!
Only downside is the cheapest flights were for my birthday so I have to fly on my birthday. :guilty:

We won a family pass to see Cars tonight so I will make sure to give a review. That's if we get to see it (it's a first come, first on list, first seated deal).

 Hi!!

I figured I had better check in before you think I fell off the edge of the earth!!

As I am sure Vicki told you, things are crazy around here!!!! I haven't done much Dising lately (except for my obsession with the CP release dates :teeth: )

Kyle's 3rd birthday is Saturday and we have about 50 people coming over to celebrate. I have spent every spare minute in PhotoImpact making invitations, goody bags etc. for the Bob the Builder Party. Amy, I made 3 batches of Cookie Dough the other night and about 100 hammers, shovels, hard hats, traffic cones and Bob Builder heads. These cookie are to die for!! Thanks for the recipe!!

On another note- we have finally passed the potty training hurdle!!!!!!!!!!!! :woohoo: He has been in regular underwear since the end of April and is dry every night and after every nap! It felt like a long time coming, but once it "clicked" that was that!!

I can't believe my "baby" is turning 3- he is such a big boy now!!

We are also working on the outside of the house again, adding a brick paver driveway and sidewalk leading to the back to join the patio. Next step- Rainbow Swing Set which Kyle is getting for his birthday.

I hope everything is OK with everyone and I hope to be pack posting like normal in the next couple of weeks again. (Paula- have you seen how many of us are going the end of November, beginning of December?? Start sewing those pillowcases now!!!! :rotfl: Seriously, Vicki, PM'd me a picture- they are too cute!!!!!!!)

:grouphug: & :wizard: to all who need it!!!

Take Care!
Kristin

Hi, everyone. We just got home from taking my mom to the airport. The kids and I stayed after she left and walked around the Atrium, did some shopping in the boutiques, ate lunch. Then we went to an observation area and watched the planes taking off and landing. We rode MARTA (Atlanta's subway system) down and back. It was really fun! Oh, and 4 large groups of US Army men and women in uniform were all waiting to leave for Iraq. Everyone stood up, clapped, and lots of Veterans saluted. It was quite moving. My kids got an up-close and personal history lesson. Paula, I thought of you and your DH. God bless you both!

Still no news from the surgeon's office. Rees is doing so well, you'd never know he even had surgery. And he's eating everything in site. I am so hopeful this is all behind us!~

Trying to catch up quickly:

Paula, loved the pics of you and the girls. Very sweet. Oooh! Just saw the ones from the program. Your girls are just too cute!

Deb, sorry you had to cancel this weekend. The boys projects from Home Depot are great. And congrats on the milestone.

Amy, any news on the house? I am going to get those Disney wall decor from Home Depot for the room. Those are great.

How did Becky do on the Drivers License test? Sending her PD!

Emma, congrats on your tooth! Brantley-Kate said you'll catch up to her very soon with 4 missing at one time!

Jennifer, you'll be in my prayers for tomorrow! Feel better soon.

Delinda, glad you're on the road to recovery!

Becky, sounds like the Bridging ceremony was a huge success. WTG.

Marci, loved the pics. So glad the boys did so well with baseball. Glad to "see" you finally.

Terry, Happy Anniversary!!!

Vicki, hope Chuck feels better soon and the specialist gives him some answers. I'm so glad it wasn't RA. That one is horrible and so difficult to treat.

Hi, Dawn. How are you? Good to see you.

Glynis, that is so sweet of you? How was your trip to DL? Missed you. Was it wonderful to be sans kids for a few days? I'll have to live vicariously through you for that feeling.

Tammi and Heidi, guess John is a good name, huh?

Kristen, thanks for checking in. Good to see you're doing well. Happy 3rd birthday to Kyle this weekend!!!!!
