Yes, I was definitely sobbing at the end.

Oh bugger!! The shows I have watched this season have dealt mainly with these two. I liked that pairing!!! That makes me sad thinking of it.

So I have been one very busy person this morning. I wish I could take a nap.

I went to A.C. Moore and bought 36 small flower pots and 7 large flower pots, plus paint to paint all of them. They are on sale for 20 cents a piece. The small ones will be party favors, I might need more. The large ones will be used to give to my Brownie troop one for each girl as their award plants, I am attaching all of their patches to popsicle sticks and skewers and sticking them in the pots to make a boquet of patches.

Went to the post office and got stamps

Stuffed my envelopes, sealed and stamped them. The addresses will have to come later as that was a secret mission as I had to sneak unto my Dad's computer to get the address files off as my Mom has no idea how to do this. We will have to go over the list later to decide who I need to create address labels for.

I called one of my Dad's old co-workers for more addresses.

I finished painting the Brownie wings for Bridging

I sent an email out for pictures for my project.

I typed up and printed my trip forms for Girl Scouts.

I created a flyer for the bridging ceremony.

I set up the reservations for my trip to Walt Disney World in August. I also emailed travel agent list of places to eat so that my ADR's could be set up.

I think that is all.

I should have painted my display board and flower pots but I didn't get to.

Now I am off to work I might not be around till Monday. Have a good weekend. Sending :wizard: and :grouphug: for a great weekend and good weather. Happy Mother's Day.

The hardest line of the whole show was when she said something to the effect of:

I can't help feeling guilty that while he was being blown up I was sitting in my apartment having a beer and watching celebrity poker

Ok, I need a nap just after READING your list! And you are still on the go??!!

I'm glad I can skim over a page first before attempting to read it!

ER is still on my Tivo waiting to be watched! All I caught from previous posts is "crying" "Neela" and "have to watch season finale".

I'll watch it as soon as I get home and mark this page so I can review again!

Just wanted to say "Happy Mother's Day" to all you mom's out there!

We have a communion tom'w & will be at my BIL's on Sunday so I won't get a chance to check in. Hope you all have a beautiful day on Sunday. :sunny:

Beth,
Hugh Laurie. Um sorry he's taken (by me! :lmao: ) I have had a crush on that guy since Blackadder & the Young Ones. I only watch House so I can see him.

Paula - I'm feeling just fine, thank you. Did my two miles on the treadmill tonight, got a beautiful gardenia plant from my son and grandson via flowers.com, spoke with my son to thank him and found out that his friend's home pregnancy test came out positive (not his girlfriend, he's also friends with her husband). They were together for 13 years before they married 2-1/2 years ago. She's 37 and this is the first. I sure hope everything goes okay. Perhaps some DDA pixie dust for Jack and Christine's baby??

:wizard: My DH & I were married for 14 years when I first got pregnant. I turned 38 two weeks before Lizzie was born.

Hey Kate-I know you loves numbers....Lizzie was exactly 16 months old on our 16th anniversary and Emma was 21 months the day before our 21st anniversary. :teeth:

Jennifer-prayers for your friend entire family.

Jo-hope things work out that you can plan a 50th bday trip! :wizard:

Tia-have a GREAT time!!! Glad to hear that Phil got some good news.

I was up all night with Lizzie. At least she got sick this week and not next. Here's hoping that Joe, DH, and I can escape this. I'm actually feeling queezy but maybe just because I'm so tired.

To much still in the air.
How can I book air fare.
I don't even know where I will be living.
I also would like to buy a small 2 bedroom, 2 bath.
Condo or a townehouse.
So I don't want to spend a lot of money.
I also need the money to move.
Even though I can put the move on my taxes.
I have to pay it out 1st.

I would have loved to join you all next week.
Anyway you all have a great time.
Kate take it easy on that knee.

Jo............Let me know if I can do anything to make your move to Atlanta any easier. Do you know what area you are looking to live yet??

My DH ordered something for me for Mother's Day from Amazon and used my account. I promised him I wouldn't read the confirmation emails but I just got an email from them...."As someone who has ordered tools from Amazon we thought you'd be interested in....." YIKES. I wonder what he could have ordered. :teeth: He just did the order on Tuesday night so I probably won't even know on Mother's Day.

I am sooooooo excited about tomorrow morning....Saturday. I am having a Mother's Day Brunch at my house for the "girls" in my family. I am fixin' a big breakfast with pancakes w/ apples or strawberry toppings, egg & sausage casserole, sliced strawberries and cantelope. I bought the expensive really rich chocolate milk and orange juice.

I am having a massage person.......(friend of mine who works at Spa Sydell)...........to bring her chair massage and the table massage. They don't know about the massage part.........they just think they are coming for a relaxing "girls brunch". My daughter, daughter-in-law, cousin and sister-in-law are all getting the 15 minute chair massage.........My Aunt and my Mom are getting the 30 minute table massage.

Are they going to be surprised or what!!!!

I can't wait!!!!! Lynn :cheer2: :cheer2:

Of course not....poor guy just doesn't get it....but you never know what Amazon considers tools???? I would be much more interested in the "electronics" (ipod, camera stuff.... maybe one of those databanks to store your photos on...but I don't think he'd spend that much and I've told them I don't think they are worth the $$$) side of the site. Truthfully I'm not sure he knows they sell more than books. I've got a relatively new iron and toaster over so I don't think its an appliance and he generally buys those locally.

You have been very busy! This is a terrific idea! I wish that I had thought of it when my girls were bridging.

When are you going to be there in August? I'll be there August 12-26.

I agree. It really makes you stop and think, and it was so, so sad.

Have a great weekend! We share brains around here, could we perhaps share Hugh Laurie, too? I forgot about Blackadder! My son doesn't want to hear another word about Hugh Laurie's eyes (or anything else about how he looks).
