Hey DDA some friends of ours need a lot of pixie dust. they were pregant and the wife developed Preeclampsia and had to be delivered on April 28th. Her due date was July 29th. The baby girl weighed jsut over a pound when she was born.
Prayers and lots of :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: for that poor itty bitty baby! May she grow to be strong and healthy!

I forgot to tell you I am….

Looking for crocs for my DDA friends

Picking up military shoes for DH (he trashed this week)

Teaching Ellie to sign the rhyme about Jack and Jill for school

Making multi-berry jam

Reading over some papers for becoming a loan officer

Finishing my letter to Maytag

Learning how to use Quicken (taxes and all)

I think THAT is about it now.

...and in your spare time?

We will be praying for them! :grouphug:

Paula - I'm feeling just fine, thank you. Did my two miles on the treadmill tonight, got a beautiful gardenia plant from my son and grandson via flowers.com, spoke with my son to thank him and found out that his friend's home pregnancy test came out positive (not his girlfriend, he's also friends with her husband). They were together for 13 years before they married 2-1/2 years ago. She's 37 and this is the first. I sure hope everything goes okay. Perhaps some DDA pixie dust for Jack and Christine's baby??

Deb - I hope your weekend is not a total washout. Hopefully there will be some sunshine mixed in with those raindrops. I also hope that your dog gets on well with the prednisone. Sounds to me like they may be using it to take care of the inflammation from the UTI. Is it going to be something she needs to take on a regular basis? Button will be on it and the flourinef for the rest of her life. But the upshot is that she HAS a rest of her life!

It looks like she will need the prednisone and the antibiotic for the rest of her life to treat the Immuno Deficiancy disease. It is called Pemphigus. The doctor didn't stress that it was life threatening in anyway however the article I just read said that it can be difficult to treat. I have my fingers crossed that the low dose prednisone works well for her.

I have the same aversion but with the letter y. You can have all the y's that people try to give me and you can give me all the i's. Most people spell my name with a y at the end.

Vicki,

I understand but of course people try to spell mine with an i at the end.
Of course the most frustrating is when I get mail addressed to Mr :lmao:

Done!!!! :wizard:

Ok, I'm off to bed too. I might actually get to bed on time tonight and get 8 hours of sleep.

In case I forget to tell you tomorrow before I leave tomorrow, I won't be around this week-end. I'm going to Clear Lake Camp for a farewell week-end. Girl Scout camp has been at Clear Lake (we rent it for the two weeks) for 21 years. This summer it isn't available so we have to move to another camp on the other end of the U.P. The adults and teenagers that run camp are meeting for one last hurray at this camp. If the weather is halfway decent (not snowing), we will get to play on the high ropes course. Usually it is hard to get the adults through the course because we let the girls have the first spots.

Yes, but you could have made some real money! :-) They might have started a bidding war the way you handled it. :rotfl:

Can you tell I was a real estate agent in a previous life???

I got caught up just in time to say good night, all. TGIF tomorrow!
