Interesting. I’m not a fan of “plumper” oysters myself. But it’s kind of comical hearing the tales of these oyster farmers bearing the brutal cold conditions of Daytona . The best oysters in the world come from Matunuck, RI and that water rarely gets as warm as the water is right now in the intracoastal!
