I have a prayer request for all of you, I found out that my sister-in-law has colon cancer, liver cancer and ovarian cancer. She will have to have a very aggresive treatment.

Angela -- :grouphug: and :wizard: to you and your family and sister-in-law. She'll need her family to lean on, so remember you can lean on us. Take care of yourself and that precious baby you are carrying.

DH called and the CM told him the MVMCP dates aren't out yet and the tickets aren't on sale.
Not all cast members know what they're talking about! Try again tomorrow. Denise is not the only one reporting that they are sale now. There are reports on other threads, too.

:lmao: :wizard: :wizard: :lmao: I think I got the funniest pm that I have ever gotten yesterday

it was from Heidi - she followed it up later with the rest of the pm - she had hit send too early - but her first pm was pretty funny

anyway- she was requesting my 27000 balloon design for a shirt

I couldn't enlarge the clipart - so I remade it

now it can be made with your choice of characters

And the next line begins! I love the idea, Kate. Yet another choice to add to my ever growing list!

Vicki - when is your next milestone anniversary? You could take a disney trip and call it your honeymoon then :thumbsup2 In fact you could even do a vow renewal... :)

Our 25th is next June. I'll have to see if I can talk Chuck into a vow renewal. Not sure about Disney in June though!

Kate, Julia is :goodvibes and poor Nick you can see how sick he is in the one picture.
He actually looks pretty good there - he looked so pitiful yesterday!! Which shows you how sick he was!

He just came out of my room screaming and holding his head in his hands - I am convinced it is sinus related - the doctor didn't even look up his nose - why didn't I insist on it? I am so mad at myself - I asked her if she thought it was sinus and she said she wasn't going to worry about it until the fever lasted a few days - ***??!?!? and how bad of a mom am I that I didn't even insist on it - I might be calling in the morning to see if they will see him again - I am so mad at myself - why didn't I follow my mommy instincts?

party: party: Matthew -- Congrats on your blue belt test -- Way to go! party: party:

Kate - I don't know what it means, either, but I DO know that you have to think positive and do whatever the doctor tells you, and that includes taking it easy! I know that's hard to do with two little ones, but you'd be surprised at how helpful Julia can be in doing little errands around the house to spare you a few steps - kids DO like to feel useful. Also, keep a basket at the bottom of the steps to put things in that have to go UP and another the top for things that need to go down, and either make just one trip, or let Steve do the carrying. Enlist any help that you can get so that you can let that knee get the rest it needs. I know it's hard for a person who can do it all to NOT do it all, but the use of your knee in the years to come is more important than a little dust, or even piles of laundry - send it out!! Then you can just sit around all day and play with the kids, design and DIS (well, at least sit around a little more). The most important thing is to have a positive attitude and not to try to outguess the outcome. Don't cross any bridges until you come to them. The doctor will tell you exactly what needs to be done when you see him next. Worrying about it all weekend will not change a thing, so just enjoy and THINK POSITIVE.
Thank you

I know you are right - it is just convincing myself to listen ;)

Just so I am not totally negative tonight - I got this costume for Julia at a garage sale for $5

she looks so cute in it and she knows it :teeth: which means she is pretty funny to watch! Nick being the ham that he is had to jump in a few pics - please excuse the diaper - he is so hot he doesn't want clothes on

Kate, Adorable kids! And fine use of the front door! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi everyone! Please pardon my on again/off again posting this week. Things are fine here...I'm just stessed about our open house on Sunday. I hate when things are out of my control, so I've just been trying to absorb myself in cleaning, but it seems like I get one room clean and the dust reappears the next day! Grrr!

Today I had the best break though. Even though she was just at the zoo on Wednesday, Jennifer met me and Alyssa for a few hours. It was a beautiful day, and Alyssa was 90% cooperative (not bad for a two-year-old :goodvibes ).

Jennifer didn't bring her camera, so no pictures of my ever-growing stomach :teeth: but I do have some cute ones of her and Alyssa!

This first one depicts Jennifer's patience. I packed our lunches and we picked a nice shady bench to dine. Alyssa decided to color, but her crayons would fall through the cracks in the bench and then roll down the ground. Finally we convinced her to put her crayons away, but of course, Alyssa insisted on doing that herself!

This second picture was taken in the Children's Zoo area. Though she did check out the empty tortoise (turtle, ewwwww!) shells, Alyssa decided she wanted to sit on the camel. Doesn't Jennifer have a beautiful smile? :)

Here are some pictures of just Alyssa. Kevin made fun of the fact I didn't take any pictures of animals, but Alyssa's so little, I have to pick her up to see most of them, and I can't hold her and take pictures.

Playing in the big rope spiderweb in the children's area:

Looking at zebras...you just can't see them!
